Jon, great video on what can be accomplished with whatever is at hand to cook with. Do you attend this every week? We are going to Monroeville farmers market this week. These are the best places, in my mind to pick up fresh ingredients and to support local merchants.

We got there around 10 oclock and there were a lot of people in attendance. It is held in the parking lot of Monroeville Mall.A couple meat vendors, and veggies galore!@@HolySmokesBBQ
