Garage door won't "cold lift."

About 8 months after installing a new Genie 2055 garage door opener, the door started getting sluggish then failing to lift on "cold lifts," even though everything worked fine once it "warmed up." The video includes several failed attempts during trouble shooting and ineffective "fixes" after consulting the Genie helpline, including adjusting travel limits and lift force. My theory is that the right spring had slipped some causing the door to be overly heavy during the last 2 feet of down travel even though it balanced fine at 4 feet.
