Yea, I feel ya. I left OTR (US Xpress) in 2004 when my son was born, I enjoyed local, made good 💵 but kinda started missing the road a little. Well he just turned 20...I have an interview tomorrow with Walmart regional 😂
Hey Tim I appreciate your videos. Thanks for the explanations. I just applied at the DC there in Lancaster, it was the closest open position to me. Not sure if I can change my app or not but I can give you the referral, maybe you can help me out.
Sure, when you go to orientation if you have not put in referral you can put it in at that time with a manager, you can send me email if you need help. Thanks Severstrucking@gmail.com
Walmart doesn’t care if you’re taking your break in the sleeper in the drivers seat or whatever just as long as you take your required break, I do MP outta the DC in Brundidge and yes Walmart wants you to look presentable rep’n the company. Most of the time you can take your breaks at the store the directions will tell you if it’s a breaking store or not Most of the negative stuff you here about Walmart is from people who’ve never worked for Walmart
Well do they check background before interview? Because I applied on Saturday & submitted background consent, by the following Monday (2 days) I was invited to schedule an interview
After the interview they will after they send you emails and have your consent. And they will send you a copy of your back ground driving record and all of your company’s and and incident you had in the past to your email
Hello brother God bless you. I like your content. (UA-cam) I have some questions for you: I currently work at a Walmart in Hoover-Alabama, I have all my documents and papers in Rules but I am HISPANIC. I want to know if Walmart's internal training program for new truckers is active here (in ALABAMA). I HAVE BEEN DRIVING 18 AND 22 WHEEL HEAVY DAILY TRUCKS IN MY COUNTRY FOR MANY YEARS I want to enroll in Walmart's internal training program because I do not have a CLASS A CDL. Do you know: WHERE, WHEN AND HOW I can start the training. I work the night shift. From 10 at night to 7 in the morning stocking merchandise on the shelves in the hallways. I am afraid to ask my direct supervisor and my store manager for this information because I fear that instead of helping me. Maybe they just discourage me. And just advise me to forget about that idea. I fear that they are worried about running out of staff, among other things. I am a father with three beautiful daughters and I am truly passionate about being a truck driver. I hope you can understand me and help me with the information. God bless your projects and your channel.
I don't know why you oldies do this to yourselfs. I spent my twenties on the road, I am in my thirties now, will lose my battle to go to bathroom in 20 min. I guess if you like it, that's all it matters
Hopefully I can work here when my kids are 18. 6 more years
Im sure it will still be good

Hello Tim
Hello
Thumbs down for not sharing pay.
Ok, thumbs down

What are you talking about?
You couldn't pay me enough to run by the mile for Walmart. I run on percentage. Driving for Walmart's garbage
We get paid for everything we do, not just by the mile, so when did you work here? Get Fired just curious?
@@SeversVideos Get fired? I"m pretty sure the guy probably didn't even get a call back on his application.
