    Jeff's understanding of harmony and the weaving of mind-bending riffs and insane solo passages within those progressions, while keeping everything fresh and super metal is unlike anything I've heard... Amazing!

    I seriously can't stop listening to this, it really shows how much Jason Becker influenced him, the whole thing is oozing Becker, and I LOVE that! Definitely one of the best modern day shredders right here! /,,/

    • @liamace1107
      @liamace1107 3 роки тому +1

      @@sackson2025 Umm.... better than Friedman sure, better than Becker?
      1. you can't even judge that kinda thing cause Becker can't play anymore and 2. No. Just no, Becker is up with Shawn Lane for being a man that sold his soul to the devil.
      If Becker was still playing today Loomis wouldn't stand a chance in hell of comparing.
      Becker was literally a pillar of the shred scene, I've seen Loomis perform several times and he's always a bit sloppy. Jason has NEVER EVER EVER had a sloppy performance.
      Consider me triggered lol, don't compare people to Becker. Becker was a literal god, Loomis is just one of the greatest guitarists alive. Nothing compared to Becker's godhood status.
