I don’t usually make gear related videos but I might make a few more technical videos (editing/gear) in the next few months! What would you like me to talk about?
Can't believe its already been around 6 months since the start of weekly vlogs! Basically become part of the saturday routine. Doing good Tatsuki keep it up!
@@Havenotatsif you're vlogging by yourself auto focus with tracking helps big time I'm not saying for @Havenotats but also the commentators here. Sony A6700 is a great autofocus in Hybrid body both great for photography and Videography. But if you're mostly vlogging and doing portrait shots ZVE10 Mark ii is also great you can use LUTS straight away for your videos :) and portrait videos r portrait in post production straight away without any modifications needed. Those r some of it mention. But if you want to future proof it or might wanna try photography go for a6700 :)
Been deciding whether to push through with my purchase of a dji osmo pocket 3, and you’ve just convinced me to continue with your friction concept. Small gear is better if it lets you create with ease. Then later I’ll upgrade as needed. Thanks Tatsuki for your amazing and relaxing videos!
Just want say your vlogs are so warm and comforting. Thank you for sharing! So inspiring for me to learn and actually go out there speak in front of the camera more 😅🙏
i just switched to sony from canon!!! cant wait for it to be delivered :") you mentioning its good auto focus & system makes me excited!! my canon's focus sucked LOL
I would be forever grateful if you made a video explaing how you color grade (if you do) and/or how you write over the videos with that font or others in general (I love that font)
Hey Tatsuki! Love the vlogs!! You mentioned you’ve learned to streamline the process. Could you talk a little more about that and explain how you did it?
Firstly by finding the gear that works for me is streamlining the process, I don't need to think anymore about anything regarding film making gear. Otherwise it would be editing methods & having a few similar traits in my videos :)
@@Havenotats Oh okay Could you also talk about the editing methods in a video sometime? I would love to know how you manage to film and edit a vlog in a week
Great videos as always bro, I started following when I saw your room videos on instagram, love to see the growth in your videos and such an inspiration, also just wondering what lens are you using for this video
We share pretty much the same principle with shooting vlogs; discreet & compact! One question though : What's the clip-on mic you use when using the DJI microphone, and what's the performance of that? 🙂 I want to get one, but don't know which one to get! Thank you for sharing, and as always, amazing and comforting video..
That is called a Lav mic! You can purchase them off fairly cheap & they just plug into the top of the DJI mic! It essentially lets me bring the microphone closer to my mouth while also recording wirelessly ~ ( I should have talked about it in the vid!)
Lovely grading and visual quality! I'm thinking aaaa lot about A7CII as well but I'm scared about the lenses' price later on :D Currently, I shoot and record using a6600, so it's affordable
I was considering getting it before purchasing my Sony lens. I think the stabilisation in the Sony lens is more important for me than the extra depth of field in the Sigma ~ I've heard it's a good lens though
I just found you yesterday I and Immediately started wondering about your vlog set up haha! Btw, I watched the PowerGrades video but I was wondering if I could also reach a similar effect with the cineprint 16 as a LUT since it's a bit cheaper and I'm on a budget...
Thank you ~ Cineprint 16 is a powergrade (not a LUT) so to use this method you will have to purchase the initial powergrade and use it that way. With Cineprint 16 you can modify it to create very different looks so there isn't a LUT that could replicate the look as there are too many varieties :/ Hopefully you can find something that works for you ~
hi! I also use the sony ecm m1 mic to vlog but my audios sound very muffled a lot of the times :/ especially when I'm outside walking around, it just seems very unnatural and seems to be compressed a lot. I was wondering if that happens to you too??
Have you tried the DJI Pocket 3? I'm thinking of getting that one because of how small it is but idk much about camera. Would love to hear your opinion of that camera.
I assume that your camera is auto enabling the crop sensor mode! If you change it in your settings to full sensor mode it will give you the look! ( I toggle this on/off with a custom key on the camera)
I've tried using the wireless hotshoe with the DJI mic 2 on my zv-e1, and it doesn't allow me to record 32-bit float audio. Only gives a 24-bit option. Are you able to do 32-bit float with the sony mic or are you settling for 24?
True that! I don't record in 32-bit float, maybe in the future If I feel like I need it Ill invest into it though! The Sony mic has pretty good auto settings for microphone gain, i've never really had an issue ~

Keep up the great videos
I use an ND filter but that's all!

bro do you have that sure mic plugged directly into your camera?
Connected to my computer!
Do you plug a lavalier mic into the dji mic or just use the mic itself?
I use both!
Depending on the situation ~
🔥🔥🔥
Hehe ~
@tatsuki What fps do you shoot at? 24, 25, 30 or 60 fps?
25!
How about the Camera bag?
Honestly I use a lot of different random bags.
My favourite might be a sling bag from Mont-Bell (not a camera bag though)

Which tool are you using for your subtitles? :)
It's all done in Davinci !

PM Polar Pro ND
PM Polar Pro ND
