I was hoping for animation dealing with the VTEC solenoid, valve train timing info (I'm told the D16Z's and D16Y's are different), and other issues that come up later in the assembly. But this does get the basic rotating assembly, and the major pumps and seals. Kudos!
LOL Not sure if anyone's noticed, but this was a final project for a SolidWorks class at Ohio State. This group had less than 10 weeks to complete this. Of course stuff will be missing. They probably ran out of time.
This video is totaly wrong. If you follow this video say good bye to your D16Z6. I just rebuilt my D16Z6 and i can tell you that in this video there are not all parts showed. Before putting TB (Timing Belt) drive pulley on you have to put a TB stopper plate then put on TB drive pulley, then put another TB stopper plate (Both plates has to face outwards the TB drive pulley) and then you put TB and crankshaft pulley. Those TB stopper plates are seriously important if you want to keep your TB in the right position. If you have any questions about how to assemble D16Z6 motor i can guide you.

@@MikeKollin d15b is the jdm single cam. Comes with a dual stage VTEC. Look up d serious on UA-cam. He made 500+ hp out of a d15b7

rear main seal was off, its not installed on the inside...
