Thanks for doing this. Even though they are being fairly generous by doing this, they made it extremely confusing. Basically if you don't want your inventory (and a bunch of other things) reset, pick the compensation option. I think this is probably what most people would want. You get to keep everything the way it is and get some extra g coin.

Why did you get 19k+ in gcoin reimbursement but I’m only getting 9560 even though I bought all 4 steps plus the x55 NJ Pack totaling 19,120 spent?

Umm I don't think you notice your list adds up to like 12870 gcoin but you got over compensated of 19305 gcoin. Made out like a bandit unless I'm not seeing some other numbers I only see 5 items that don't add up to the refund

Correct. I got gcoin soft refund and used that to buy more of the 55x crates and got the rest of what I needed
If you don't want your inventory touched, go with the compensation option. The refund option requires an inventory reset.

I just want to let people know behind story of this refund..
This topic is quiet debatable in Korea because min hee jin, who is art director of New Jeans, treated users as potential sex offenders when she saw some screen shots of members with short skirt or bikini by some of game user.
And funnier thing is that this is not the first time of having collabration with Korean celebrities. PUBG already have done with Black Pink, Ailee(singer), Son(soccer player), or Ma dong suk(actor).
This makes users more furious because there were no any problem with these celebrities before eventhough user combine their face with whatever any clothes.
People who can play PUBG is should be older than 18 yr on steam. And there is another server in Korea, which is Kakao server, and it is 15 yr only because it has green blood, not red. And the thing is two servers share exactly same costumes that doesn't against games guidlines.
Some people say that this is wrong because some of members are not adult yet. Yes, me and a lot of game user agree that kids shouldn't be consumed like that and that kind of things is disgusting. On the other hand, the industry that is most pedophilic and supplies young women is Kpop. New Jeans already filmed a music video wearing swimsuits a few years ago, and recently sang a song called Cookie that is not suitable for minors.
And this makes users more pissed off because Min Hee Jin doesn't know what she made their artist have done, and treating gamers as potential sex offenders. If she really wants to protect her artist why she doesn't care about their singer being shot, arrow on their face, killed by granade, hit by a car, burn, or even under age driving??
Most users mad at this situation since Min hee jin's two different face.
People in Korea are just tired of these kind of happening like bringing ridiculous problems to place where they can relax and have fun.

If there was some legal contractual issue with the band where they didn't want their likenesses to be misused, then Krafton should have set the skins to be a whole set so the player couldn't change their outfit.
