The game has the most ridiculous over complicated system I have ever seen in a game. You could spend 1000’s of dollars and still nothing is certain. What a joke
It can be pretty frustrating, I usually stay away from certain aspects and limit the amount I’m willing to spend knowing I probably won’t get anything

You need a PhD to successfully navigate your way through the PUBG loot system. You have to buy one fake currency in order to earn a few of another fake currency that you need way too much of in order to get something that's not even worth it lol...if that was confusing to read, now you know what it's like to try and buy a cosmetic on this game. It's so dang confusing.

The Schematics probability is truly what makes this progressive skin progression broken . The chance is just to low to get any .. still have never finished my Halloween M4 I’ll never give up though I promise you that I used to smoke a pack of cigarettes a day for years before I quit… I love wasting hard earned money on things that mean nothing … I’m an American lol
I feel you man. My Halloween M4 is the only progressive skin I have and I still am on level 1 after all this time 😭

Pulled the aug chroma blueprint back to back and not the actual gun lol. Guess I have to keep waiting on those tickets every day
I spent 140$ trying to get that white tiger pan.. all I got was triples of stuff I didn’t need lol got that sweet vector though. Did the same with the new season. Spent 140$ to get all the smoke grenades and only got two grenades, both blue 🤦🏻♂️

buying schematics with scrap is also an option, albeit an expensive one.. but, at least it's guaranteed..
you get 100 scrap for 1,800 gcoin (about $18) when you open 10 Contraband crates..
you need 600 scrap for 1 Schematic ($18x6=$108 per Schematic)
granted you may get "lucky" and get 1-3 Schematics while you are opening up your 60 crates..
I have the progressive Aug right now at lvl 4.. if I wanted to level it all the way up to max.. I need 36 more schematics.. 🤢🤮
@@superduper2 yeah it’s a bad system but I covered the promos they drop which sometimes allow you to get more for cheaper. I did some videos on the spring promo they did earlier this year. But yeah your math is right

I just unlocked a progressive skin for the AK but seems like the schematics are impossible to get smh!!! Why pubg!!

I have unlocked SANTA'S HELPER- AKM.
But its not showing in skins collection and its locked in hideout-> weapons.

Did it workout for you? You might have got the chroma version but not the actual skin?
High chance you had the same issue as me, you got "SUPER LUCKY" and ironically got the 'Ultimate Chroma'. Means you unlocked the rare variation of the weapon skin but not the Progressive skin itself. Long story short, good luck gambling to get the Progressive, to then use your Chroma on :(
What does it mean if I can’t view my “acquired” skins? For some reason it’s greyed out for me and I can’t access them - even though I got a few in lucky contraband
That’s pretty weird, I’d try and restart the game and if it persists maybe try and submit a ticket to the support team

How many schematics are needed to upgrade a progressive skin one time , so I can do some adding up how many schematics I'm going to need to upgrade my progressive skin
It’s going to depend on the weapon, if you go in the hideout and select the weapon you want it will tell you each levels cost

How do I acquire the progressive Skin at first? I do have a bit of schematics and polymers, but all progressive skins are unacquired.
You will need to open the hideout crates for a chance at the progressive weapons.
Just got the sun wukong progressive today had enough stuff to upgrade it to lvl 2
I got "Santas Helper" from a box. The skin is displayed in my inventory and I can also dismantle it. But I can't equip it? Why? Does anyone have an idea? When i try to equip or to upgrade, the game says, "This skin can no longer be purchased"?!
has anyone answered your question? if not, I'm afraid there's a chance that you didn't actually get the progressive skin but instead you got its chroma variant. unfortunately you need to own the original progressive which is the red skin.. in order to apply that blue chroma version to it. I hope that helps in some way.. the good news is if you scrap it you will get 5 schematics and a bunch of polymers

U can recycle normal skins for polymers. An atrocious trade rate but you can trade them

They are "artisan crafting materials" different each season I believe. This is the most ridiculous and confusing system I have ever seen in a game. I refuse to spend a nickel on this game till they change it. It's a "spend $2000 and you might get lucky" system. It's disgusting.
How do you get scrap?😅
Scrap is obtained by purchasing hideout crates with gcoin, when you open them with the hideout tickets you don't get the scrap unfortunately.

I always find it odd when games incorporate these types of mechanics for skins.why not just have all the skins for everything at fair prices like £1 or £2 for progressives, that way its cheap and you get exactly what you want. They would make so much more money doing it this way, but they have to overcomplicate it to try and scam people into spending more for the skins they want.
You would think they’d make more money overall, but with their current system they make more per player because we have to keep spending money on the loot boxes. I’ve taken a little break from spending on these crates for the new year 😂

PUBG SYSTEME Is crap, just one question, if you spend 0 real money on this, can you have skin?
You can pull the progressive skins through the Gcoin option to buy the tickets, however it’s unlikely to pull only opening one or two free crates and you’d have to have some luck but it’s doable.
