Ok Tedi Review

Mining Minister Sir Ano Pala, has given his support towards parties to the Ok Tedi Mining Project Memorandum of Agreement, who reviewed the MoA, in Alotau Milne Bay Province last week.
The Minister’s First Secretary Uve Rova, officially launched the meeting on Tuesday March 21. The mine had contributed immensely to the country’s purse, and has 10 years of mine life left. The focus in the review was benefits for resource owners and Western Province.
