The city of Guangzhou launched the first L4 autonomous driving public bus line for public use. The bus is operating on the route - Nansha 23 with a total route length of 8.5 kilometers. It runs from Hengli Metro Station Bus Terminal to Lingshan Island Ring Line.
Nansha District is the “Intelligent Traffic Management Vehicle Network Demonstration Zone”. The Nansha No. 23 self-driving bus demonstration line adopts the technology of “bicycle intelligence + network connection empowerment”, and the route realizes the whole process of automatic driving.

It is very easy to find a toilet in China. Just type "toilet" into the navigation system and you will see a large number of public toilets. Just navigate to them.

There are many public toilets in China. McDonald's and KFC have free toilets. You can also use the toilets in shopping malls, Internet cafes, subway, train station, office building and parks or any restaurant.I'm sure you can find the toilet within 5 minutes by using a map or asking passers-by.

The Tram in your video has a story as well. It's probably the world's first high-capacitor tram. The High-capacitor is a different energy storage tech from the battery and fuel cell. It can charge up very quickly but also releases energy very quickly. At every stop, the tram charges up enough energy to push it to the next stop where it charges up again. So on and so forth.

The noodle you ate was "Lanzhou La Mian", which is from Lanzhou, a city in northwestern China. It is not a Cantonese cuisine. It is quite popular all over China.
And it is halal. Look for the green writing on the restaurant sign and it will probably be halal. The pictures of camels on the wall were also a clue 🕵️♂️

The bridge appointment is for crowd control I believe. It's a bridge only for sightseeing with limited load bearing capability. If you plan to go back there, get a local to help you with the appointments, or I can do that for you.

Whole point is to use public transport as locals do in every country they go to - plus you are assuming they have licences
@@lynnemc1014 most people in the West can drive,I don't know about other countries, but many students in the UK, France, and Morocco can actually drive in junior high school and get a driver's license when they become adults,for their countries, public transportation is not particularly developed, and cars are an indispensable means of transportation

Welcome back to China! Thanks for showing how to get to the driverless bus stop, very useful info indeed! If you go to Shenzhen, you may try out driverless taxis and food delivery by drones. I understand they have a pick up point in Shenzhen Ren Cai Park but this park is huge and I don't know where the pick up points are! So sorry, not very useful info from me! 😅😅😅

As of writing, reservation is no longer needed from Mon to Fri, only required for the weekend.
