This is so good! Really helpful to understand the ins and outs of genetic testing and how it can help us get well or stay well.

Which dna test would you suggest? There are so many and there is talk about them not being accurate (false positives). Are there companies that have restitution of higher level of accuracy? Thank you! I see you recommend ancestrydna but they was 5 years ago.

@@bob.bobman nutrition genome is the one I've used most recently. It provides a good report. It can depend on people's finances though.

@@DrJanelleSinclair thank you! I am watching all your related vids now. I have had both anxiety panic attacks from a young age and extreme allergies\eczema as a child and now at 50 I still have a form of eczema and different types of ultriciria. Trying to figure out if it is gene related. I take antihistimine daily (Zyrtec) and it does an ok job but I was wanting to see if I could find a more natural treatment and get off the antihistimine. I just struggle with the anxiety. I recently tried quercitin and my body did not like it. Racing mind and anxiety reaction. I do have a tongue bridge. I have watched so many videos on this subject and while informative they are disjointed. I am so glad I clicked on yours because they are thorough and easy to understand! Thank you!

@@bob.bobman take a look at my free online courses for anxiety and depression. www.drjanellesinclair.com/ecourse have you considered that dairy intolerance or gut dysbiosis is giving you the eczema? Take a look at part 3 & 4 on food sensitivities and gut health and how they are related to eczema. I'd also consider zinc deficiency as a cause for both too (see part 5- nutritional deficiencies).

@@DrJanelleSinclair thank you for this I will watch these! ❤️ The type of eczema is dyshidrotic eczema between my fingers and on my feet. Actually I cut out dairy years ago until recently I started eating yogurt to help my gut biom. I suffer from constipation and thought this may help. I just learned yogurt is a high histamine food so I will be stopping yogurt. I pretty much stick to meat and cauliflower and other greens most of the time. I was doing a lot of avacado but that is apparently high in histamine as well. I still have prickly tingling all over from the quercetin I took 24 hours ago. It started immediately after taking it. Hope it subsides soon. I pretty much stick to a keto diet. I was 300lbs but now 160lbs.

I’m looking at getting the maximised genetics kit. What do think of this? Or could you recommend one please?

I'm afraid I haven't heard of that one. I usually recommend AncestryDNA but then you have to process the raw data yourself and interpret it yourself.
