$300 PROFIT FURNITURE FLIP! HAMPTONS/CLASSIC HUTCH

I made $300 profit on this furniture flip. I sourced this hutch locally for $20, put $20 worth of materials in and six hours of hands on work time. This piece sold within two weeks of listing. Follow along as I take you through step by step what I did to achieve this classic Hamptons style look ☺️

Interesting job, personally I was not very interested in restorations but watching your videos you have changed my opinion, I am a cabinet maker and I will follow you on your channel (if you don't have a problem with that). thank you

@@josemanuelbarrera172 it’s interesting when people say that as I don’t charge myself out at a labour hour price. My profit is the remainder after all expenses have been taken out, so $300 on this or if you want to say an hourly rate it’s $50 per hour.
