Anything is dangerous when you add tables ladders and chairs(oh my!). The norwinski foundations guidelines have so many moves are already banded. Sigh Goldberg was concussed and performing in hundred degree weather. The move was a botched jackhammer.
completely agree with banning the diving headbutt, the autopsy on Benoit revealed his brain was so damaged that it was compared to the victim of multiple car crashes.
Couple of things: 1. You pointed out Daniel Bryan and Lars Sullivan use the move in WWE (both of them arent even signed anymore). No current WWE star uses that move. 2. Goldberg was supposed to do the Jackhammer to the Undertaker. Not a brainbuster
I still don't get why people consider Styles Clash dangerous, it can be botched, of course, but so can be every other move. Michelle McCool was doing it for years and never hurt anyone and she's not super taller or more muscular than her opponents so she cannot easily throw them around
To be fair the shooting star press and brainbuster isn’t that bad can it cause a serious injury? Yes but those moves don’t really have a bad legacy the brainbuster is a modified suplex, the shooting star obviously has to be in perfect position but these days wrestlers hit it to perfection so I don’t think it needs to be banned
That wasnt true. HE was pretty save with the headbutts. Other people who comitted to that move had to stop using it, cause it crippled them. The "seizure" everyone is referring to, is him selling the headbutt on blank canvas. Did it like that in many matches. This "seizure" is based on information bias, because they were previously, of course cause almost nobody talks about anything else revolving around him, talking about brain damage. The braindamage that he had came from chairshots, not enough rest and overall overprescription by his doctor, not the headbutts. The camera men do great work with his headbutt, so you dont see that he genuinely does not get the full scale impact on his head. most of it is absorbed by his body hitting beforehand. Even after his neck was fixed, the headbutt was still pretty cleanly executed. But things happen and people can be stiff, so of course the risk ratio of the headbutt providing seizures is big, but there wasnt one I remember and I watched all his matches.
The regular piledriver shouldn’t be banned. It’s one of the most safest move . More safer than the destroyer. One of the many reasons why wwe is a joke with banning moves
Wouldn't matter, even if Angle was perfectly in place, Brock under rotated. He'd have landed on Kurt in the same way he landed on the mat. Ie, on his neck, on top of Kurt.
The only move I agree should be banned is the diving head but. Nothing else is anymore dangerous than wrestling it’s self. The head but causes damage each time it’s performed. These moves when done properly also do damage but not on a scale larger than most other wrestling moves. They’re dangerous because it’s wrestling. They’re not dangerous because they’re dangerous.
The thing about it is that if Chris was actually hitting people with it. Angle said that Benoit’s didn’t really hit. His head would connect but not enough force would make it so that it would hurt Benoit. Angle also went on to say that it might’ve because of the whiplash that came from the diving headbutt along with how Benoit had neck issues which would mess with the brain as well. However, it’s possible that Benoit did hit people with it since back then, it was a badge of honor to work while hurt.
Because I think with the Canadian Destroyer the guy executing it is landing on his lower back instead of on his butt. So the guy’s head never hits the mat.
Only high flyers should use and could properly executed the move because of how lightweight they are compare to big wrestlers since they can easily flip their body mid air

Michelle mccool used the “stiles clash” just resently, but she did it first in WWE as the “faithbreaker” ;) I honnestly enjoy hers more
My favourite move is brain buster
Mans said Goldberg did a botched Brainbuster when it was actually one of the more truer displays of the move. half the time people aren't even hitting Brainbusters they're just doing vertical suplexes
Billy Kidman shooting star press was horrible
I always thought the worst shooting star press was when billy Kidman performed it and his knee slammed right into Chavo’s temple
A video on the banned moves?
Man How you pick your last. Line And Easley Relat too your old Video.
The Styles clash isn't banned cause no one in wrestling does It other than AJ
I've only seen a few people do it and two of them only did it once and Christopher Daniels did it against Adam Cole in tribute too AJ
Anything is dangerous when you add tables ladders and chairs(oh my!).
The norwinski foundations guidelines have so many moves are already banded.
Sigh Goldberg was concussed and performing in hundred degree weather.
The move was a botched jackhammer.
thank god undertaker was undead otherwise he woulda never survived that brain bustah
Diving Headbutt Should just not be used, not banned
makes no sense
Really, diving Head butt is very Cool.
Love your videos
I will never forget Goldburgs botched Jackhammer. Have hoped he’d not step foot in a ring ever sense.
It's funny,
Because he's wrestling Roman at Elimination Chamber next week
completely agree with banning the diving headbutt, the autopsy on Benoit revealed his brain was so damaged that it was compared to the victim of multiple car crashes.
And an 80 year old with althizmers
I think you should do a video on the miz vs dolph ziggler rivalry
Best promo of all time
Goldberg didn't botch the brainbuster, he botched the jackhammer slam....
Have of these aren't used anymore in wwe
Couple of things:
1. You pointed out Daniel Bryan and Lars Sullivan use the move in WWE (both of them arent even signed anymore). No current WWE star uses that move.
2. Goldberg was supposed to do the Jackhammer to the Undertaker. Not a brainbuster
michelle mccool does the style clash
Banned moves aka “Seth Rollins move set”
I still don't get why people consider Styles Clash dangerous, it can be botched, of course, but so can be every other move. Michelle McCool was doing it for years and never hurt anyone and she's not super taller or more muscular than her opponents so she cannot easily throw them around
Seth has literally injured 3 people with the buckle bomb…dude isn’t safe.
Canadian destroyer used to be banned then mysterio brought it in
Not sure if anyone still uses it but Steiner driver?
Shooting Star Press Shouldn’t be banned for lighter wrestlers
The video with Kidman and Chavo, doesn’t really prove your point.
To be fair the shooting star press and brainbuster isn’t that bad can it cause a serious injury? Yes but those moves don’t really have a bad legacy the brainbuster is a modified suplex, the shooting star obviously has to be in perfect position but these days wrestlers hit it to perfection so I don’t think it needs to be banned
as soon as he said wrestlemania 19 i knew exactly what he was finna say
Didn’t Benoit also get a seizure after doing a diving headbutt? I remember someone mentioned that when listening to a murder podcast
One of the many reasons why wwe is a joke with banning moves
listen brock and angle one no know has ever thought of this but angle was to far away from brock
Wouldn't matter, even if Angle was perfectly in place, Brock under rotated. He'd have landed on Kurt in the same way he landed on the mat. Ie, on his neck, on top of Kurt.
Not enough rotation regardless of Kurt's position basically.
@@Jay-we2ek We don’t know if he would’ve hit it if Angle was closer but he really was so far away for Brock to hit it properly on him though.
However, it’s possible that Benoit did hit people with it since back then, it was a badge of honor to work while hurt.
the flying headbutt is not a headbutt at all
They basically land on their arm/shoulder instead
I don't get that the Piledriver is banned but not The Canadian Destroyer. It's pretty odd.
Because I think with the Canadian Destroyer the guy executing it is landing on his lower back instead of on his butt. So the guy’s head never hits the mat.
But there is a chance of snaping the neck in a bending position
The reason why the shooting star press is still used cuz high flyers use it
Only high flyers should use and could properly executed the move because of how lightweight they are compare to big wrestlers since they can easily flip their body mid air
It got banned along with the 450. But, Jericho, Guerrero and other Cruiserweights argued for them to bring it back. As long as both parties are safe.
These moves don't need to be banned, they need to be done properly.
Is there any correlation between the diving headbutt and dynamite kid being in a wheelchair? Lol
2:18 no one but AJ styles can use the move..
Cough* Michell Mccool
and the Botched Brain buster by Goldberg is not really a botch if you check some AJPW dudes That is how a real Brainbuster should look like.>
It is a botch on him because he's trying to doa Jackhammer.. But out of the blue he un intentionally did a Proper Spike Brainbuster which no one in WWE can perfect or legally allowed to do
