Dear Ellen, My little sister was stranded at sea for more than 35 HOURS! You should have her (and the crew she was with) on your show! This happened in February 2010 and it was a HUGE story (and still is) here in Canada. Their ship sunk and thank god ALL 64 people were rescued safely. Please "thumbs up" this so Ellen sees it!
i feel like this woman seems to always need to be right.. everytime Ellen would try to be her funny-self and make a joke, she would talk over her like 'yeah wutever, im more important, ur ruining my story' lol, pretty rude

I love Betheny! We've been watching her in the UK for a few weeks now on old episodes of The Real Housewives of New York. Mind you she should be a comedian! But she's a successful business woman. Good to see she married Jason and they seem to still be together! I can understand how some of you would take her the wrong way. You do have to know her to understand she wasn't being rude to Ellen at all.

Unfortunately, it sounds as if she's lying. I honestly don't know if she is or not, but her story doesn't sound very believable.
@JJJJLT well shes acting with ellen like she acts with her family friends, shes talking to her like she talks to andy cohen on WWHL in other words these two are working together and have become friends and if you seen how bethenny acts to her friends and family then you wouldnt be surprise you either love her or hater.....i love her!!

So, she's saying being "stranded" at sea ISN'T a dire emergency?And why is she being so indignant? A person who was actually stranded at sea would not start telling the story by saying "I know is sounds like I'm lying" because it isn't implausible. She says that it seems like she is lying because she is. Even if some of this was partially true that was just a safety net so that she could lie and the parts of her story that do not add up will be excused.
Did she seriously say that her therapist is in deep deep therapy about this incident now? What kind of therapist needs therapy? And what idiot goes to a shrink that has his own shrink?
