I got into Eternal Champion with "The Armor of Ire". That led me to their split release with Gatekeeper. Gatekeeper then added Jean-Pierre Abboud as their singer. He's now the singer for Traveler. It was an amusing anecdote to me anyway...
Vlad Garčević (nee Invictus) and Goran Garčević were both on the 2003 Claymore release and are both still in Calymorean. Vlad is the brother of Goran Garčević and married to Dejana Garčević, the band's singer.
Of these bands, I love Eternal Champion and Cauldron! Traveler is ok. Saw Eternal Champion live here in PA last year with another great NWOTHM band, Sumerlands, and they sound amazing live. Really wish Cauldron would start touring again and making new music- love all their albums. Really need a new EC album! 🤘 IronFlame is ok but how about Iron Sword from Portugal. Banger band! So many great concerts coming before year's end .. KK Priest and Accept! Testament, Kreator, Possessed! WASP and Unto Others! King Diamond! Manowar!

A few suggestions Dark Forest- a mix of post reunion Maiden with Thin Lizzy-s "Black Rose" (the song) Grimskull-good song writing, arrangements, and performances Wolf-especially the first few albums Crystal Viper-consistent quality throughout the discography

There is a lot of this kind of bands out there greets, Rohnny Belgium
Great episode. The new Traveller album is amazing. Both Eternal champion albums kick ass. The Thriller album is cool. I've got to check Cauldron. Warrior Path and Sacred Outcry are very good bands you can check out.
Cauldron is my favorite band of the 21st century. New Gods is also my favorite album of the 21st century. Bold statements but I love them that much. Incredible sense of melody and riffing. I really, really hope that they are not over because that would really be a bummer. Hope all is well. They are an original and unique band, so they are difficult to describe. I would say that they are a mix of Ghost, Angel Witch, Dokken, Tokyo Blade and Cathedral. Something like that anyways. Awesome band!

Yep...I had it on order and the order got cancelled due to no stock.
They re-release it occasionally, you just have to get lucky and catch it before the stock runs out.

skyrocketed.
