All jokes aside, it’s incredibly comforting to hear how nonchalant you are able to freely discuss these important topics, even if just for a brief moment to touch base.
Here in the US, there is still much a stigma around it and bias against anything mental health. (I know it’s other places too, but trying to speak from my own experience)
Thank you for giving me a good podcast to listen to and laugh along with and helping create a positive, caring community.

I’m 32 now, when I was growing up, my sister and I watched a lot of Marykate and Ashley movies and if I recall, one was left handed and the other was right.
So I named my arms after them so I could always tell who is who.
Marykate - Ashley : left - Right : Red - blue
