Do you think Chanel does a thorough job of checking authenticity when customers return items? I ask because one time I saw a Chanel classic flap in the boutique that looked super fake (lopsided, bubbled lining, proportions were off, etc) ... I just wonder how closely Chanel checks returns. All this time I assumed it was poor craftsmanship on that bag, but now I’m wondering if another customer swapped out a real for a fake and returned it the boutique! 😳

I think that's why the products have unique serial that matches both the auth. card and the sticker, so unless someone makes an exact copy based off the one he/she purchased, the chances are slim? lol with my past experience, i love being the detective and reverse think it too! Darn, i should've opted in to work for the loss prevention team!!!!

But when you put them side by side , the first thing I can spot it is the hardware, then the leather doesn’t look solid and sturdy, just like you said, don’t know if it is leather. Very good video.
