Omg yes mine(authentic) has a odor inside too! Idk what it is bcus none of my other *preluxz* bags have an odor. Called lv and they said it was normal and that I could wipe the inside with a damp cloth.I also thought the lining was suede but it is actually microfiber so I'm going to look up ways to remove odors out of microfiber cus the smell stops me from using it as much.

The new bags boxes look like the replica box with the small printing. Additionally, I bought my bag from the boutique and I disagree that you say you can't feel the pressed "Chanel made in france" logo inside. You absolutely can feel that. Everything else seems accurate. For the RFID chipped bags however they won't scan unless a boutique has the specific device to scan it... I was told this by my SA. For pre-loved bags if they are sold in another country (Say your bag was purchased in France or Canada) the SA won't be able to scan it with there local devices.

I bought a knockoff YSL at *gtdupe* and it was great quality and lasted 1.5 years with no issues. My friend bought a YSL bag at a YSL store and 9 months later she came back to report that the handle was broken. Another friend had issues with her LV backpack, bracelet and belt. Waited months for it to be fixed and heard complaints from others that she was wearing it wrong. I feel like choosing high end brands is sometimes not worth it.

Even with the differences they point out, especially on the outside they are so minute to anyone but these trained people to see, even people who own a lot of luxury probably cant see the difference, so why spend 8k when you can spend 500. Also if you spent 8k but your other clothes were old and tatty and wore no make up people would think its fake, if the rest of your appearance was very put together and wearing higher end highstreet, even luxury bag owneers would assume this superfake is real. Only trained people would know the difference.

The reality is that large designer brands such as Gucci, Hermes, LV, etc. are becoming outdated as consumer demand has shifted from wanting to appear "wealthy" to wanting to show their "intelligence". 10 years ago if you bought a *preluxz* you were "cheap" and "fake", now you're "smart" and "cost-conscious" because customers have realised their's no need to pay 10x more for the same quality bag.

Omg yes mine(authentic) has a odor inside too! Idk what it is bcus none of my other *preluxz* bags have an odor. Called lv and they said it was normal and that I could wipe the inside with a damp cloth.I also thought the lining was suede but it is actually microfiber so I'm going to look up ways to remove odors out of microfiber cus the smell stops me from using it as much.

The new bags boxes look like the replica box with the small printing. Additionally, I bought my bag from the boutique and I disagree that you say you can't feel the pressed "Chanel made in france" logo inside. You absolutely can feel that. Everything else seems accurate. For the RFID chipped bags however they won't scan unless a boutique has the specific device to scan it... I was told this by my SA. For pre-loved bags if they are sold in another country (Say your bag was purchased in France or Canada) the SA won't be able to scan it with there local devices.

I bought a knockoff YSL at *gtdupe* and it was great quality and lasted 1.5 years with no issues. My friend bought a YSL bag at a YSL store and 9 months later she came back to report that the handle was broken. Another friend had issues with her LV backpack, bracelet and belt. Waited months for it to be fixed and heard complaints from others that she was wearing it wrong. I feel like choosing high end brands is sometimes not worth it.

Even with the differences they point out, especially on the outside they are so minute to anyone but these trained people to see, even people who own a lot of luxury probably cant see the difference, so why spend 8k when you can spend 500. Also if you spent 8k but your other clothes were old and tatty and wore no make up people would think its fake, if the rest of your appearance was very put together and wearing higher end highstreet, even luxury bag owneers would assume this superfake is real. Only trained people would know the difference.

The reality is that large designer brands such as Gucci, Hermes, LV, etc. are becoming outdated as consumer demand has shifted from wanting to appear "wealthy" to wanting to show their "intelligence". 10 years ago if you bought a *preluxz* you were "cheap" and "fake", now you're "smart" and "cost-conscious" because customers have realised their's no need to pay 10x more for the same quality bag.

I always told my husband if someone has your bags and the time to go through all this to see if it’s fake. They either have already stolen it or thank you a liar anyway. The fake bags aren’t what they used to be back in the day and if it’s so hard to tell the difference, even for an authenticator, why should I pay an extra $7000 for it?

I don't know about the comparison, the real one costs a lot, the fake one is about one fourth the price, my understanding is that there are now high fakes that cost more. In any case, one can always get it second hand and it's the real thing for less.

When I Was first "getting into" luxury handbags, I purposely bought a *preluxz* . I have a few small luxury bags but after the last few price hikes I kind of thought, why on earth would I want a $3-5k bag when I could use it for so many things (my home, retirement, travel).
