You can get the s9 it's not very different from the 10 series, only performance upgrades which I doubt you'll be able to max out. All the AI stuff is present on the s9 series as well so you're not missing out on anything really.
Hopefully, Samsung is planning something bring in the base size Tab S10. Maybe by renaming it the Tab S10 FE. Hopefully it won't have similar specs to the Tab S9 FE but use the specs of the base Tab S9 instead.
