Happy birthday! 1) take Pepto B on your trips, you can take a dose a couple times a day as a preventative against tummy troubles 2) if a hotel closes the pool or another amenity, they should offer a sister hotel that you can access. WA is a Hilton hotel so they should been able to make that happen. Thanks for sharing your special day with us 🙂
I always take a box of ginger I purchased from our local international marketplace with me when I travel. Its curbs nausea on the spot.

Rice and sweet potato dish to settle the tummy. Cream of wheat works for me sometimes with lots of cinnamon. You feel full but you wont be sickly feeling or crapping your guts out. Its padding for the tummy.
If you are sick of fish you could try some tofu,the near meat crumble too is just like ground beef but its not.
Portabello mushroom burgers,so many non dairy cheese, yogurt, options. You just gotta find the right one for your palette.
Ginger,honey,and hot water before bed is so good
I can identify with the food realization. I got a trainer and then realized I was not eating enough of anything. Now I feel I eat so much and I love it but I'm also loosing so much weight. All the wins.

From one sensitive stomach to another, keep some ginger pills and activated charcoal pills on you at all times lol medicines with diphenhydramine (Benadryl, some forms of Dramamine) are what they give patients in the hospital when they have bouts of nausea etc. Keep them on deck 👍🏽

He could start a business doing that, taking tourists around and letting them practice their Spanish. Just please keep your purse close to you in unfamiliar places. I loved the video!
