A low count can cause you to feel tired, No desire to do anything even when you want to, You feel like crying/down, Hair loss, Low energy. I had these symptoms it was my thyroids. Taking medication has made me a new person. I'm amazed of the difference. I feel great now. Everything has changed. Give it a check if you haven't already. My best to you love your contents and you. You brighten my day!

I get my Frappuccinos made ‘afrigotto’ (I am certain I am spelling it wrong) it basically means that the expresso is poured over the frappe mixture… then I hit it with extra caramel and crunch topping!!😂. Sad that I only learned the term because I love that drink.

(Pro tip) Whenever I wear perfume now I spray it on the back of me so that I don’t inhale it directly, but I still smell good to others. Because no matter how expensive the perfume is, it still sometimes messes with my nasal passages and causes me have side effects, such as runny or stopped up nose problems, watery eyes, fatigue and sometimes even coughing fits and even headaches. The only fragrances or scents that don’t have a negative affect on me is lemon and peppermint. If I buy candles those are the only two fragrances I will purchase. Vanilla scents does me really bad, I’ll get so sick in the stomach that I regurgitate.

Hey sis, the reason you got the itis is because of the blood sugar spike. While fruit has natural, good for you sugars, they’re still sugars. If you eat too much in one sitting your blood sugars will rise quickly & you will feel sleepy. I try to never eat over a cup of fruit at once. You have to get the flavor swirls at dunkin if you want it sweet. The shots are just the flavor.

I always get a tall Vanilla sweet cream cold brew with very light cream and one pump of hazelnut from Starbucks. It's very good, you should try it.
