ON TAPE: Social Work on Set | In celebration of the Filipino Social Workers' Day 2022

Often overlooked and underappreciated both as a program and profession, Social Work remains a question to be answered for many. As a culmination to the celebration of Filipino Social Workers Day 2022, UP JSWAP offers the On Tape: Social Work on Set in effort to give recognition to the “indispensable role” of social workers in nation-building and to show a deep appreciation for this helping profession.
As we attempt to answer the question: what and how is Social Work in the Philippines? in this documentary, we get a glimpse of the field of social work through the eyes of its students and professionals. Watch as social work professionals and aspiring social workers narrate their stories of hope and struggle in the field.
