The Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program or E-CLIP is a government program that aims to help our brothers who are members of the Rebel and Communist group and town militia who want to surrender to the government and return to their communities and be with their families.
In this way, they are given with various supports, knowledge, and skills that they can use in starting a new life. This government support is not only for them but also for their family and their community.
We took a glimpse on the lives of the surrenderees to give us inspiration on how well their lives are now after receiving P65,000.00 Livelihood Assistance Program and how they overcome trials to achieve success in life.
