Those colors are magnificent! They look good enough to eat! Have you ever tried a geode or puddle pour with mirror glaze on a cake? It’s fun to cross over techniques.
OMG Michelle! I'm up early here in rural south Georgia/Waycross, drinking my coffee and these BEAUTIFUL coasters are the first thing I see! Stunning! I love all the pours! And, as far as color combinations, you used my favorite colors!!!!
I love these!! I made the puddle pour version using smaller round coaster molds. The striations were not as noticeable 😢. Oh well trying again using a larger mold 😊. Thank you so much for the inspiration!!
Thank you for experimenting for us! They came out georgeous! Will definitely be giving it a shot. Keep up the videos. I look forward to seeing your creations!
@glitznglitterbymichelle1 I tried one today but I forgot the clear & it was not quite the look I was going for. I also used purple & orange. I like to add the uv dtf wraps to mine and was looking for a great background for the sticker wrap. Your puddle pours and crackles are so beautiful. Thought they would make a great background. Love your videos. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing I'm so glad I found your channel, it is amazing to see the results of the colors. And thank you for your blessings 🙏🏻❣️Have a wonderful and blessed day your self ❤
OMG! Your husband is that near an alligator 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 that freaks me out 😂😂😂 I love all of them , but my favourite is the ring pour, they are all gorgeous thought.
Love peacock colors, course then, I'm from the SW coast of Fla also, but even before that, aquas are my fav colors. I almost feel like the top edge in gold is prettier than the whole edge in gold, just my taste maybe. They sure are pretty.
I am back. So now, Michelle, you got me into geodes. More stuff to buy. Have you seen the Meyspring mica powders? They are so pretty. I am sure you would love them if you haven't seen them already. They are in Amazon. Ilike both of the types you did.
I liked both. However I am not crazy about clear centers... sometimes you can not avoid it when wanting certain effects. They are stunning colors...Thank you for sharing. Hugs Sheryl from Indiana 💙🎨💙
Those are beautiful. I sent you a text to find out about the 2 ring poor coasters. Keep up the amazing work I love watching your work god bless have a great day
I cannot wait to do the puddle pour, thank you so much for your clear and concise demonstration. I have one question, if I wanted to make this a trinket bowl could I take it out after it sets and put over a bowl to shape?
Love the color combo! My favorite color combo is purple and either mint green or seafoam green. I love both the ring pour and the puddle pour. (Can you tell that I'm going back and watching the videos from before I started?)😊
That's absolutely stunning! Just a question, why wouldn't you paint that edge first and then cover it in clear epoxy? My ocd makes me think the paint will eventually chip off no?
It’s so beautiful! Colour combo also just perfect but I have a doubt When u do these pours, the sides touching the moulds is the right side or the one facing us ? N then on which side is the top coat done ?
I always assume the side I'm looking at from the top on this technique is the top and pour like that. If you turn them over and see the other side is just as nice you can have reversible coasters and top coat the other side as well.
Hello fellow Floridian, I hope you stay save during the hurricane, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Your coasters are gorgeous. Actually, theses are the best peacock color attempt I have ever seen. A few questions, 1. I thought you had to either have paste or ink to get the crackle effect. 2. Also, I heard someone mentioned putting down a clear coat, before they start to pour. Have you ever tried that. Stay safe Rebekah.
Thanks you! It’s passing by right now as I make videos in my resin room 😁. Here is a video I made combining geode with dragon scales! ua-cam.com/video/HGzET-vdZRI/v-deo.htmlsi=RWEE8gf8Tg9KciqY
Thank you for the link. I just found your channel, and I am looking forward to watching and learning as much as I can, from you. Your a wonderful teacher and I really appreciate your response. It was Very helpful! The Hurricane was not to bad here. They have closed everything in our county until Friday. We only lost moss and limbs, from our trees. We live very close to the St. John’s River, so as you can imagine, all eyes were on it. Other than that we did great.
They came out beautiful. The ducks are so adorable, but I don’t know about that gator. I like the puddle pour more. I guess you would not do this technique with a crystal live edge coaster.
I’m SO GLAD that someone finally moved away from SO MUCH WHITE ! The bloom technique in the beginning (in my humble opinion), was done by many artists daily at that time and all I thought was, why was everyone doing them with such a white overload ! ? As a result, I quickly became completely turned off of them, no matter the artist, until I noticed artists using less & less white and changing design patterns. You are the first one that I know of that has done it COMPLETELY WITHOUT WHITE ! I so very much thank you for stepping outside the box on this one ! I agree, I like the puddle pour most as well ! Colour suggestions: I would love to see cranberry, mustard with a bit of a smoky med-dark brown or navy, if you have those colours ? Also, I am the viewer who pleasantly requested a change in music as for the longest time I kept hearing the same unfavourable music on a very frequent basis. I didn’t want it to come across as a criticism as you are SO CONNECTED WITH YOUR VIEWERS, always taking suggestions, requests, products etc. You obviously put a TON of work in front of, and behind the camera as I can’t imagine the prep work that you must do, to put out so many creative video’s, and always looking for new trends ! I very much so appreciate what you bring to your video’s and with watching you interact with others, you seem like a very sweet, kind, thoughtful and generous good person with a loving spirit. ❤ However, I REALLY don’t know when you have time to sleep girl ? ! My question however, is this … I HAVE TO KNOW … the name of that beautifully relaxing music that you played as you showed us your little duck family.p enjoying the huge pond. I tried using SHAZAM several times, but it could not find it for some odd reason ? I see also, that your music isn’t listed. (no worries) It seems like you have a very nice home and property, and more importantly, a nice life. ❤ Julie Canada
Hi Julie, thanks for the nice comments! I'm glad you liked the coasters, I, as well, like different colors than white all the time. As far as the music goes on this particular video I don't know. I haven't used that software for soooo long. Not only on that old software but also on the one I use now they give you a handful of AI music (free) to choose from that has no copywrites attached. I don't think there is an artist per se as it's AI generated. I don't see artist names on my current software either. I'm too "frugal" to get a larger variety to choose from which is why you will hear a lot of the same on my channel. I hope you can mute it while it's on if you don't like it instead of shutting off the video. I'd hate for you to miss something over the music choices. As far as sleep goes, I don't even know what that is anymore LOL. My husband and I own a business as well we run during the day and then I come home and do this LOL. Take care and God bless!
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 You’re very welcome, but it’s all true. I did not know how any you tubers did their music. Thanks! I know right! They are all over downtown Sarasota.

did the way they told me to figure out amount of resin each mold will hold put what I don't know is how to divide between cups for different colors
1/2 for clear - the remaining split up 1/4 for darkest edge and 3/4 for lighter inside color
Love all the colors, but don't like the foil in the middle. Personally, I usually like the middle left clear or maybe a bunch of rocks!
I agree!!
What’s the difference between geo and dragon scale/crackle? Just wondering. 😊
Geode pulls things to the center and shouldn’t crackle and the crackle is supposed to crackle
@ 😂
How could we get more green to show?
Whichever color is poured around the edges is what shows up the most. Just switch up the location of your colors.
0:14 0:15 0:15 fyDid you use only mica powders ot pastes as well?
Only mica
What is the clear coat?
Just clear epoxy
