As a ADHD Mama who Doesn’t Like To Cook I find if I put on a YT video I like on my iPad (placing it right in front of me) it makes cooking so much fun because I don’t feel so isolated, standing in the kitchen, cooking all by myself.

Baked potatoes in the microwave for 7 minutes and then in the oven at 450 for 20 minutes. Poke some holes in them before u microwave. So much faster then just putting them in the oven and tastes so much better than only microwaving them! Love u Trish ❤️

Fruits and vegetables must be part of your Dailey intake . Give MB raw broccoli 🥦 flowers , she will eat them in time . Make a home made ranch with goat milk yogurt . MOSES - get crafty with vegggies 🥬🥦!

Why Wonder Bread though? It's not even really bread, honestly. It squishes down to a ball when you chew it, and it spikes your blood sugar. You are in Southern California, one of the meccas for great bread everywhere. There are fluffy white breads, sourdough breads, plain white bread for sandwiches (similar to Wonder Bread), available to you, with FAR BETTER ingredients.
Lived in Southern California my whole life and never knew it was notorious for great breads…
Eating sandwiches with genuine crispy bread always tastes so much better than the artificial soft bread so I dont get it either

@@hm-od5zp Yep, sure is, along with Northern California (Bay area). Lots of Artisan bakeries that produce more European style breads. But people who habitually buy sliced sandwich breads don't look in those places, or in the deli section, where they have this "higher end" bread.
Where are the vegetables? Fruits? Your baby needs some nutrition. Vegetables are easy to cut up and steam or fry with any meal. Even a side of salad and spinach is better than nothing

Spinach is full of oxalate, it isnt healthy. Eggs, fish or steak would be a better option for pregnancy. I'm on my second pregnancy, fruits, dairy, fish and meats are such a good staple. Leafy greens are bad for the liver and kidneys, you can get kidney stones from too many greens. Root veggies are more gentle on the body.

I had bad heart burn then I had to get my gallbladder out from stones. But they said it was eating greasy fast food. So good idea to start eating better ❤

We are limiting ourselves to eating out once a month. It's honestly a great decision. You got this! It's like we used to go so much it lost its fun spark. Limiting it will make it way more fun.
I find sandwiches to be so easy and quick to make as lunches! And the sandwich ingredients can always be used for other meals during the week too

On Wonder Bread. She says no fast food, yet she is eating one of the worst breads you can eat.
Please don’t take the nexium if u can go without just go without. It can cause birth defects. Same as nausea meds my mom took zofran with me and I was born w a extra thumb which is a symptom . My hip also is turned in and always caused me pain in sports etc and my mom always thought that had to do with taking zofran too .

If you want to add some extra nutrients to the sauce, I suggest roasting (A BUNCH) of carrots, onions, and zucchini and blending them into your pasta sauce. It adds extra flavor + A TON of feel-good vitamins and minerals . ❤ Also, blending spinach in would be a good idea, but you don’t have to roast that. Just an idea since you are having lots of delicious pasta - easy way to add in nutrients. Sending love, health, and blessings for you and your family. 😊

I get the cool wrap at chickfila which is 330 calories and 42 grams of protein, and buffalo sauce for 25 calories. You could add medium fries for 360 calories and then have a 700 calorie meal. (Which isnt bad for a fast food meal) its very filling also.
You could also get a chipotle burrito bowl

You could also have Moses make you the bolognese dish without the pasta or with a pasta substitute like chickpea pasta. It could be gluten that gives you heartburn. Just a thought! ❤

Trish, the thing with binge eating is - if you limit yourself you WILL RELAPSE! I hope you invest into an eating disorder and trauma specialist that helps guide you through this. Learning moderation and when you are full and hungry is the only way to recover from eating disorders. You will then learn how to slowly start loving your external body ❤
Yay this title made me so happy! I haven’t eaten fast food in almost 2 years and I love not having it as an option. It’s so quick to grab and so easy to regret. Totally agree but Trisha doesn’t have any clue about a healthy diet. Especially as she is pregnant she should really focus more on healthier foods than the processed crap she is eating. Going to a nutritionist would really benefit her.

Crack 2 eggs and mix and add red pepper and a pinch of pink salt then to the extravirgin olive oil thats been heating for a bit add that and once it looks almost ready to flip add a layer or spinach and finish cooking it

I do make my own fast food at home. Lightly coated chicken breast.. buns... air fryer frieds with only one tea spoon olive oil... simples

My favorite brunch bite to make is to fry an egg and put it in a sandwich with cheese and some ham ! Super quick and tasty, and throw in some spinach into the egg while frying and you don’t even taste it 🤍
A Bisquick pot pie and green bean casserole have been in my weekly rotation. I bake them in disposable tins and they require just a few ingredients each.

Trisha, I lost weight just by switching to wheat breads/ whole grains/whole wheat pastas. I cut out butter out of my diet also. So much better for your health. The wheat is not much of a difference in taste either.
Like in replacement of popcorn I would’ve had chickpeas stove fried in a little bit of olive oil and seasoned to your preference. So delicious!

A quick lunch for me is shrimp and rice . Bc the shrimp it’s so fast to cook and you season it howeverrrr you like and I ad some lime to my rice and that’s it.

I bake potatoes in the microwave I poke a few holes on each side pop it on the microwave plate not an additional microwave safe plate because it gets TOO TOO hot regardless and then I cook it on the potato setting and if it is still a little too tough I just do the potato setting again and check it in between. Takes less than 10 minutes.

I love do to a meal prep so I’ll make chicken broccoli and potatoes and then reheat them up and it’s so good you can add like cheese on the potatoes and broccoli.
