That if you take a closer look at the beginning of the season 4 reloaded trailer, Soap is standing with his back to the camera in the clothes he wore in the campaign (the oligarch mission, or the end of the reactor mission), practically this was the 141 uniform
@Tridzo maybe you can tell some info about it in a next video so that the other 141 characters will also get this outfit (Price, Soap, Ghost, Gaz) of course if you can get info about it.
