You probably figured out by now the 14mm is the lock and the 10mm is the adjustment. Good video the compression release is just before t.d.c. as you crank the engine. Watch the intake valve it will pause just before the exhaust valve starts to open. 🙂
I have that same exact generator bought a brand new carburetor for it with a brand new spark plug in it has plenty of spark getting fuel but won't start
@@GlennsSpeedShop i have honda lawn mowers never adjusted anything on them change the oil clean the air filter and go run forever and briggs and stratton flat head are way better than the ohv all day long.

@@GlennsSpeedShop we did a compression check has only 75lbs on it i believe it's the same as this one in the video valve lash that's my next step.
That is what was wrong with this one. I have heard these need adjusted once in a while, cheap metal I guess. Hope it works for you!
