    I would even add sea moss to thicken or bind it to avoid separating. Ever since I have watched your videos I add sea moss to all my dressings and mayo type dressing. I love your videos. I wish I could be home to cook everyday now that my lifestyle has changed.

    very nice where did u get the tamarind concentrate? international store? Thanks so much

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  7 років тому +4

      We buy it at an international store called the Patel Brothers, however if you can't find it. I found it on Amazon as well here for $3.99 amzn.to/2siEM7G , but make sure it's the concentrate and not the paste when you purchase it instore or online. Some bottles looks the same and the only difference it the word concentrate or paste.

    Will agave make it sweet?

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  2 роки тому

      It helps give it the same taste as what you buy in store since everything has sugar. However if you have concerns with sweetness add a little at a time until you get the desired taste.

    Wonderful video, but I never knew you couldn't heat olive oil. why?

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  6 років тому

      On Dr Sebi's Nutritional Guide he lists the oils to use and which to cook with and which not to heat. He says Olive Oil changes its form once it’s heated pass a certain temperature and becomes very toxic for the human body. You can also call Dr Sebi's office found on his website at drsebiscellfood.com for a more detailed explanation.

    Are shallots alkaline?

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  6 років тому +2

      Dr. Sebi’s Guide states all onions are recommended and a shallot is a type of onion. We create dishes using only foods on the guide. If you want to know if a certain food is alkaline you can call his office and maybe they can answer that.
