Ha sir aapne sahi kaha pura samaj bohot nirdayee hai aur 18 saal ke bache ko counceling chahiye . Par sir ek teacher agar same harkat kisi bache ke sath karta toh uss teacher kovi cancelling kiya jata ??? Ya fir direct termination hat mein pakda diya jata ?? Waise sir aap bohot dayalu hain. Kyu ki aapne bohot sare teachers ko termination kiya hai, par sahi kiya hai sir. Kisika kam chin lena bohot daya ka kaam hai. Waise main bhi pw ka employee reh chuka hun 4 month kaam kiya tha. Aur aapke Company se kam se nikalne ka dhamki permanent tha har mod pe. Sahi hai sir teachers ko toh yehi milna chahiye
But our coaching industry is responsible for this, becz they are selling dreams and earning in thousands of million. They don't question govt policies they change. Teachers are businessmen. They don't raise voice for students. They want more and more funds from investors govt etc. 👍🏻

Mr Alakh pandey this is wrong. We can't expect this diplomatic answer from your side. How can you take it so casually. We expected some clarity on the whole incident that happened during live class. This video is the question mark over your discipline. How can you provide admission to anyone for just sake of money? If the same incident happened with you, would you-still provide the same explanation for that? How can I send my child in your institute if you admit these goons in the institution and you are just taking side of the student because he is your customer, you nothing say anything about the teacher.

A person who doesn't know the basic manners of class how can you permit him into the class? When education becomes business then these things happens.

Most important, huge part of society is feeling sad and rage after the incident thats why they are searching the clip, because each one of us is shocked to core after hearing it, we all have learned to respect our teachers, so such things happening in society, shakes society as well. Please do not say student bachha he, samaz ko bich mein nahi aana chahiye etc. This kid doesnt represent a single person of our society, our culture. We all boycott him.

I am telling you guys mend your ways warna BYJU's jaisa haal apka bhi hoga. Ek time tha jab sirf BYJU's hi chalta tha aur Aaj sab jante hai uska kya haal hua. BYJU's use to pressurize the sales team members to any how complete the target. Here PW teachers are their sales team + teachers, and are pressurized to do it - even if the student abuses you, hits you in front of everyone.

बिलकुल सही कह रहे हैं आप स्टूडेंट से गलती हो जाती है।स्टूडेंट चप्पल भी मार देता है और अब तो चाकू भी मार सकता है और ऐसी घटना दिल्ली में हो चुकी है एक स्टूडेंट ने एक टीचर को चाकू मार दिया था।और अगर चाकू लगने के बाद टीचर मर भी जाता है तो क्या हुआ आखिर दूसरे जन्म की व्यवस्था तो है ही दूसरा जन्म मिल जायेगा और बच्चे की काउंसलिंग हो जायेगी वस सब ठीक हो जायेगा।
