I like the dollies you guys have there. Ours here in Sydney requires so much work. One ULD per dollie and they are all old so its hard to spin them around.
Yes, indeed, but like driving a car your senses becames very alert ,we used to say aircrafts skin is like an eggshell and make sure you're gentle and aware flight attendants are walking above doing their jobs while you're driving during push-back.
Super interesting to watch. Got the job as a ramp agent, starting in February. Excited to start working. Any tips what I might be doing first as a starter? Probably just helping with loading unloading the luggage, but what else I might be doing?
hey Ryan, thanks for these great video’s 👍 To help us new starters in this work, could you possibly explain the abbreviations you make ? GPU / APU for example … one that I don’t know was PMG ? This would be really helpful 😃 Thanks again for these video’s and please keep them coming 🙏💪
GPU is the ground power unit, basically just any form of ground power either connected directly from the jet bridge or from a towable generator. APU is the auxiliary power unit, usually located in the tail of the plane and is usually turned off once GPU is connected. ASU, air start unit is very rarely used if the APU is faulty, supplying bleed air to the engines to start.
@@jameswright3496 thanks very much… I am thing the list of abbreviations could be a bit longer 😃. also the names of the equipment would be a nice touch, for example: todays video includes the following vehicles….. 👍
The small vehicle he used is called an EBT The belt loader he used to walk up in to the plane. Then the HI-LOW to load the cargo bins in to the plane. Then the push back tug.
Nifty way to move thecago abit like a conveyor velt i dont know why i thought it had to ve manhandked into the hold but i guess doing thats nit allowed inhealth and saftey
Itsamazing how a small mini truck can push planesback a potentially dangerous job that i suppose passengers take for granted
yeah true
Great video and loved the push back 👌
When you towing the big bird, it's like a one piece of artwork. I really appreciate this work. Take care always :))
I love these video pls make more of them
Thanks for getting us to our destination dude! Much appreciated!

POV bro was on that 787 flight ❤😂
when you were driving to the plane, it was a very bumpy ride
That was a good video UA-cam videos like that every time I like airplanes
really loved the one single bag at 11:30
ikr
What's your favourite plane and company to work on?
hey thanks Ryan. Loved the video. At least can see what goes on outside which we cant see from inside the cabin.

I like this🎉🎉
The thumbs up got me 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I think the push back tugs must be very skilled drivers to manoeuvre in tight areas where there's big planes and refueling trucks

Good flight to oslo
Absolutely amazing video😍😍
😅
Wow so cool . I always wanted to know where the luggages were
Do grounds stsff have only a certain number of hours they can work as one slip of concentration and you could be pulp inside those engines
Nice video

not in the states.
What you an EBT we simply call a Tug.
A belt loader is the same.
The HI-LOW is called a container loader.

Which airport is this?
nice video. interesting to see the process. how do you guys communicate with the cockpit for push and start?
Via the headset man
Is a Fork Lift Operators are qualified to apply as an Agent like you do now?
No
I have a question. I didn't see the load instruction form. how did you know how to load?
Im never gonna show that am i
👍👍👍🤝
Rolls Royce makes her enjens
Are you the skipper or you just work in the ramp side?
I am a rampy but im a lead
that sound hurt my ears at 14:42 what was that lol!
engines spooling up
New sub
WOW my first time seeing first person view of poopy
❤ this
bro unlatching seems difficult... and u seem pretty tall so even more difficult
I do wish their was a button or something that would do all of them when its empty but hey life is life
Its ik pressing that that small car can pusl a plane
I mean, I love flying on the airplane but all those latches are just too much. I never heard of norse before.😰
How much does a ramp agent make? Is it gd money?
Depends on airport and what company and country ect
which airport are you working at
I wondered the same thing
London Gatwick
What was the purpose of raising all those latches in an empty cargo hold?
I was curious about that as well.
On empty - who knows. But they always must be raised for flight
Probably to secure luggage
too much work just to flip switches
All locks up , doors and hatches secure and pin installed before push
Ok
Oh shit
VOLEYAFINI
😅
I thing its a 777-300er not 7-9dremliner
