Remember this movie was released in 1973. If you were Disturbed by it in 2022, how do you think people in 1973 felt. They were not as numb to disturbing images, as we are today.
@@davina3358 I remember seeing it in my small town theater. This was long before the multiplexes ever existed. I remember walking home after watching it, I remember being freaked the f*** out. But I don't know about people passing out. It's possible of course.
Actually, in the 70s and early 80s movies "went there" way more often than now. Movies now are safe. This movie wouldnt be made in 2022, no way. There was a grittiness to life in 1973 that doesnt exist now. I hear you but forget "disturbing images", there was an aspect of life that was more disturbing that allowed this movie to be made and released for public consumption.
On a date, I saw this in a theater around Halloween 2000 when they released the version “you’ve never seen”. Afterwards, we had to walk back home, just a few blocks, at night. The girl I was with was cracking up at how scared I was. Looking back, I can smile about it but I’ve never been so shook by a movie that It had me ready to run like hell back home. Still, an amazing experience I’ll never forget.
My mother saw the movie when it was released in 1973 and she said there were 4 nuns who came to watch the movie, and at the end of the show a group of people were so freaked out they begged the nuns to escort them on the dark walk home., which they did. My mother also said a lot of people were taking the little Gideon bibles that were being handed out just outside the theater exit.
My depression is killing me. But your videos, man… They’ve become a safe place for me. Somewhere I can laugh at, and have a good time. They ease the pain of living, and make me forget about my problems. Keep up the good work, my friend. You’re making someone’s life brighter.
Six months later, I hope you are still working through it. I've been in the dark waves of depression, and I hope you are keeping your head above water, or, better yet, finally made it to shore. It took me awhile to do it, but I am on solid ground now, hope you made it too!
The imagery is still disturbing even by today's standards. I know Linda Blair isn't actually doing that to herself from the special features, but still it looks convincing. What she's doing is putting the crucifix into a box between her legs with movie blood, and at her age at that time, she said she had no clue what masturbation was.
The interesting thing is that it shocks people even today - 50 years later - after we’ve all been used to blood and gore for decades. Even reactors who may have been joking about while watching the movie suddenly change in that scene.
@@kevinmcfarlane2752 everyone has grown use to blood and guts slasher style movies. Even Terrifier 2 didn't shock me, Exorcist was a supernatural horror with an extremely creepy atmosphere, however the first time I ever watched it yes extremely scary and shocking, but after the first time ,the edge and shock wares off.
My dad saw this in the theater, when it came out. Mind you, he was also an adult then. He came home afterward, went to go to bed, and stepped on a loose board, and the closet door opened, and he jumped from the doorway all the way to his bed and under the covers.
I'm only 33 mins in and I can already CONFIDENTLY say this is one of the best reactions on the entire internet. Yes the ENTIRE INTERNET, I've checked it
The "spider walk" down the stairs scene was actually omitted from the theatrical version, because they couldn't successfully hide the wires that helped her get down the stairs like that. In 2000, the movie's original director's cut version received a haul over, and the wires were erased, allowing for that scene to be added back in.
Thanks for that trivia. Rewatching several times, I think you can see where a wire was attached to the gal's "pajama top". If I'm not mistaken, it appears that the material, where the wire was attached, pulls the material a bit.
From Wikipedia: "Spider-walk" scene Stuntwoman Ann Miles performed the spider-walk scene in November 1972, after having practiced it for two weeks.[84] Vercoutere had designed a special harness, but she did not need it; as a former college gymnast at Florida State she was already a skilled enough contortionist to do the scene[85] on the first take.[84] Friedkin cut it over Blatty's objection just prior to the premiere, since he thought it appeared too early in the film for such a drastic effect on Regan to be visible. Whether the scene had been shot at all was debated by fans for years afterwards-Friedkin denied having done so-until British critic Mark Kermode found the footage in Warners' archives while researching his book on the film in the mid-1990s. When he showed it to Friedkin, the director said he had probably forgotten filming the scene. It was restored to the 2000 director's cut.[85]
I saw it along with thousands of others in the original theatrical version. We saw it on home-video for decades later. I have two VHS tapes (one recorded from HBO over TV in 1980 or 1981) with the spiderwalk, and the first two DVDs in the late '90s and early 2000s had it. None of those distinguished "dir cut".
I was going thru Marine Corps boot camp when this movie opened. Never heard any of the hype & missed out on anything in the news. So imagine being dragged into a theater that was still showing it several month later. The BEST overall movie-going experience I've ever had in my 67 years on this planet.
Saw it at 8 yrs old from a roof next door to a small town cinema in Yucatán,México with 2 cuosins, scarred for life since '84,top 5 favorite ever.I'm from Mérida wich is state capital, cheers!
I begged my parents to take me to see this. I was only 10 and they were like heck no. They went to see it and dropped me off at my sisters house. When I finally watched it some years later I had to seriously thank them for not giving in and leaving me with my sister.😂😂
You really were lucky. I was 11 and went to see it with my girlfriend, her mom and her sister. It scared the living shit out of me and I was traumatized for years afterwards.
Hats off to Mercedes McCambridge who voiced Pazuzu. The physical regiment she put herself through to get her voice to sound like that was amazing. She originally wasn't credited for providing the voice but after much legal wrangling, she was finally given a credit. You'd think this film would've been a lock to win a best special effects Oscar, but for some reason, the Academy left out the category that year. Talk about getting robbed.
what do you mean by what she put herself through to make her voice sound like that? what did she do? I know plenty of old ladies that have been smoking for their whole lives that sound very much like her.
It definitely would have won Visual effects. "JAWS" would have won too. Maybe the shark effects are slightly rough in a few scenes for a modern audience, in '75 they were TOP-TIER!but the category wasn't recognized that year either??
The makeup on Father Merrin is so freaking good. Max Von Sydow was like, our ages, when he did this movie, and they aged him up so convincingly I didn't know it until years later, when I saw him as the Three Eyed Raven in Game of Thrones. I thought "Damn, he looks just the same as he did in 1973!", but that just shows what a good job the 1973 makeup department did. They made him look just like he ended up looking much later in life.
I'm 55 now. I was like 15 when I watched the movie the first time, but when I saw that actor in The Force Awakens I couldn't understand how this old man was still making movies, thinking he should have been like 100 years old 😅
I like to freak people out (if they don't know about the age make up), by telling them to compare him in 1973, in the Exorcist, to him in 1993, in Needful Things, in which he plays the devil and looks 20 years younger, 20 years later.
"The Greatest Story Ever Told," where Max Von Sydow was Jesus Christ, this is best acting work of our savior I have ever seen. It is a Legendary movie like this one.
That was the absolute best reaction to this movie I've seen! This is how people in the theaters reacted; so disturbed from a variety of things this movie put right out there, in your face, nothing held back! They couldn't pause a thing tho, so just left, or dealt with it. The Exorcist lures you in with its slow burn then hits you with progressively more disturbing angles to ones individual sensibilities; attacking with the grossout, shocking language and actions. That factor amped to 11 as it comes from such a young innocent girl. It makes you think bad thoughts because you must decide if you should help her, abandon her, or end her. Regardless, the overall effect is that by the end you feel emotionally and physically drained, just washed out. Then it gets dark outside....and you have to turn out the light and face the quiet sometime... .
I absolutely agree. Maybe other people don't see the buildup of the plot in this movie. And then we see where the evil ends up, a young girl with a ouija board.
I’ve seen this quite a few times. It’s definitely one of the scariest movies I’ve seen but it’s also very good. Everyone always talks about how frightening it is, but there’s one thing that always grabs me more than the fear. I’m always left with feelings of being very moved by the commitment of Fr Karras and Fr Merrin in the face of something so terrifying. Like Karras overcoming the tormented guilt over his mother and Merrin literally was just unwavering and just kept going 100% until his body gave out. At the end, they gave up everything to help that little girl. I’m honestly not religious, but that’s the feeling I walk away with after watching.
The significance of Reagan kissing the priest at the end when she saw his collar was to show that, even though she has suppressed her memories of what happened, part of her subconscious remembers Fr. Merrin and what he did for her.
That was the funniest reaction I've ever seen! You had me laughing until I was crying and couldn't breathe! I almost had a heart attack from lack of oxygen because I was laughing so hard I could get none into my lungs!
Hello my name is Karen ferguson my son loved your show he told me your family prayed for him. His name was Jake Ferguson 29 years old he passed away oct 30 at UCLA I liove him so much won't be the same without him. Thank you for your prayers..
I never laughed so hard. I've seen this movie so many times it makes me laugh when watching people on edge watching this movie. Jay trying to keep his nerves in control. This is priceless.
I was eagerly awaiting many spots in this movie and you never disappointed. I don't know if I laughed more at the blank stares, the attempt at sign language, or the fact that it literally scared the piss out of you. 😂
You ,along with your precious copilots, are my favorite channel. I’m a huge dog lover so seeing how much love you have for your babies makes my heart smile🥰
You are literally one of the best reactors and content creator. I usually don't watch an entire reaction but I like your reaction to everything. Very good reaction. I saw this movie as a grown man and it terrified me to the point that I started to sleep walk.
True horror. Not a few jumps scares and gore that you forget about within hours like most horror movies since the 80s. This movie affects you for life. It is really disturbing.
Angry ice machine upstairs, lol!!! And that look you gave the camera when the demon first appeared. This was one of the funniest reactions to this movie I've ever seen. When you freeze, go pee, are at a loss for words, or squeal, it's just hilarious. You're great! So. . . are you ready for The Exorcist II and III?
@@WoodysPickle Hey! Max von Sydow was great, so was Dana Plato, and I thought Linda Blair and Louise Fletcher did good jobs. They censored one of Richard Burton's scenes after the theatrical release, though: I've never seen it uncut in any other medium. James Earl Jones was amazing as always.
I went with a friend to see it in college and I love scary movies, but this scared the piss out of me. On the walk back to the dorm we heard coyotes howling. Nightmares that night.
Something really disturbing to me about the film is how small it makes me feel because it breaks the illusion of control we as adults are supposed to have. The fear of losing a loved one is huge for me. The film makes you watch as two pretty well put together folks lose their most precious family members.
Hey Jay, be ready to be haunted by this movie. I saw it when it came out, shook me to my core. My sister was same age as Regan, and remember coming home and looking in to check for demons in her room. She had a bad cold and when she answered me her voice was just like her voice in movie. Almost lost my mind. To this day can’t watch it and theme song gives me chills. Your gonna need the copilots for this one pal. Be Blessed and hug your doggies for me. I miss my little buddy so much
It's interesting how differently people consume movies. EOM was focused so much much on "Listen...listen...listen...Get up outta the house" and the extreme visuals and such of the movie. When i first saw it, i was so much more affected by the mother. The performance she gave, expressing the utter anguish and complete feeling of helplessness broke my heart. And i still appreciate it every time i see the film.
We've all known since yesterday this was coming ... if you've seen the movie and been here before, you could kinda guess what the reaction was gonna be ... and to all of us who were laughing in the intro .... we were NOT disappointed 🖤 this was absolutely GLORIOUS 🤣🤣🤣🤣 everything we hoped for and more 🤭 that deadass look he gives the camera is hands-down my favorite thing EVER 😇🥰🤘💯
Probably the most funniest reaction on ''The Exorcist I've ever seen! With so many dry remarks, it was really hilarious! Btw. you said, you're never gonna watch this movie again, even delete it from your computer, but actually, the video itself, with you reacting on it, is gonna be forever on UA-cam...
Thank you, Jay!! I live by myself and there is no way on God's green earth I would have watched this on my own! I know you're not physically in the room with all of us, but your big ol' bear presence is almost like having you here. Your humor, especially the highly anticipated and beloved "shut up" with a camera stare, is what keeps a lot of us coming back. I know this one was hard on you but I would not have watched this movie with anyone else! We all love you Jay! ❤ Now on to some comedies! Let's start with Planes, Trains & Automobiles!! A Thanksgiving freaking classic!
My husband was three years old when his parents went to see this in the theater. It freaked them out so much, later that night, they heard a deep laugh coming from hub's bedroom and both were too scared to check. The house they lived in had many strange things happen in it, so there's that too....
Dude, I thoroughly enjoyed your reaction from start to finish. A couple of times you had me laughing so hard I couldn't breath. Especially when you started talking about throwing "buckets of holy water." You sir are a legend!
Yo J. You are killing me. When you said that Regan possed sounds like DMX about to start a concert. I couldn't stop laughing for at leasdst 5 minutes. This reaction is comedy gold/ I can't stop laughing at your reaction to the movie scenes. HILARIOUS.
Max Von Sydow was only in his mid 40’s when he starred in this movie, but the makeup job was excellent because they made him look ‘nearly’ the same as he did when he reached his 70’s. 👍
Don’t sweat this movie. Your next two reactions will definitely smooth you back out. 😂 This movie scared the absolute HELL out of the world when it came out. I remember my parents coming back from watching it and they looked a bit pale. My ex-wife said when her parents saw it her mom couldn’t sleep for several days. As a side note, she is Filipina, and her mom was EXTREMELY superstitious, so this movie totally unhinged her. I guess her dad kept teasing her about it as well. 😂
HAHA!!! I'd keep doing things like putting upside down crosses where she'd see them. She'd be running back to her village before you could say "FIE DOLLAR LUV YOU LONG TIME!!1!"
Lol I knew that desecrated statue scene was coming up and you weren’t really paying attention and when you finally noticed it you were like “WTF” 😂 you got a sub
You are the biggest sweetheart. You love your babies so much, you can tell by how much they love you. Love watching them in the background getting under the blankets, so so sweet.
This is gonna be awesome lol. Romulus: "DROGO!" Drogo: "What?" Romulus: "Go get some paper towels" Drogo: "Why?" Romulus: "The Murder Whistle pissed himself again!" 🐶🤣
I bought the DVD back in the 90's and I think it was on the director commentary track they described how Mercedes McCambridge (voice of possessed Regan) was tied to a chair, smoked a pack of cigarettes, ate raw eggs, and did shots of whiskey before her vocal performance and saying the most vile stuff as little Regan. She earned her place in movie history, but for the longest time was not credited in the movie until decades after the film was released. Quite possibly one of the best reaction videos ever. You pulled it together and survived. Godspeed!
When this came out, I snuck into the theater with my friend and his older brother. I was 8. It was pretty intense for a kid and I didn't sleep very well for quite a while. A year later I saw Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I met Linda Blair in 2018 and got to talk to her for while. She was really sweet and of course I got an autographed photo of her as the demon.
I feel so bad for laughing because this one is legit horrifying, but I've been watching it regularly for over 20 years so I'm kinda numb to it, love your reactions and commentary, knew it'd be good 😆 happy Halloween 🎃
This is still disturbing nearly 50 years later- I can't imagine how people must have felt in the seventies when they saw this. An incredibly well made film that's always freaked me out (I live in the UK and this was actually banned for many years). Also, if you haven't seen scary movie 2 it spoofs it brilliantly
The spiderwalk down the stairs was done by a stuntwoman. It was not in the original cut of the film because there were wires attached to her, and they were too noticeable. When they did this extended cut decades later, the wires were digitally removed, and the scene reinstated.
J, i really need to thank you, i've enjoyed JLoween so much, the choice of films has been pure fried gold, and i haven't laughed this much in forever, even gave me an asthma attack. please give thanks to Blank (hope i got the name right) for some amazing editing, and of course the pups. much love to you all xx
I had never seen this movie before and had no desire to. Then I saw you post your reaction and thought it’s be fun to watch it for the first time with you. It was fun!! Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
My father saw this one in theaters. He said people were leaving the theater mid viewing because they were so disturbed. Such a great movie and another wonderful reaction!! Thanks for all the great Halloween season content!!
@Jon M That's the truth! People were actually throwing up and running out of the theater because they was so scared. In some cases people actually passed out! You can look it up on UA-cam and find the reactions of when it was first shown in different places like California and NYC theaters and a couple other places around the country. It shows a lot of interviews from people afterwards. It also shows people being carried out of the theater who had passed out! Yeah, it was a pretty wild time because nobody had seen anything this graphic on screen. It was also a lot of protests going on back then against this movie. A lot of religious groups were saying that it was sacrilegious because of the exorcism they didn't feel that it was right to show it a so-called horror movie depiction.
@@christinegelabert1651 Wow. That is intense. I’ve seen the movie several times now and it’s not one your can ever really get desensitized to. Thanks for the info!
I saw this movie when I was 15 (in 1973). I've watched it every year since. It is still one of the best horror movies I've ever seen. Even if you hate it, you have to admit it's terrifying and very well done. Love your reaction! It's completely reasonable considering how realistic the movie is. When we came home that night, I waited until my sister was almost asleep, and said "Kimmy, why you do this to me?". She still gets mad at me if I bring that up.
@Tee Johnson It's actually DIMI because the priests name is DIMITRI not Kimmy. BUT it's still funny you got to tease her! I watch it every year too! 👍😉❤️😎
I watch a lot of reaction videos. But when the movie was over and you said "First thing's first, fuck this movie" I just about pissed myself laughing. What a GREAT response!
Such a great reaction! The best I’ve seen for this absolute classic film. I actually feel guilty enjoying it so much. I lost it at the R Kelly comment. 🤣
When this came out in 73, we had to reserve tickets in advance because the theaters were full every showing. The theaters even had midnight showings on the weekends.
27:39 cracked me up my man. Great reaction. My older sisters snuck me into this at theater when it came out. Never heard so many people screaming and running out.
A FANTASTIC reaction, thank you!!! For some context, my uncle (RIP) -- a Vietnam veteran -- took me to see this when it came out in the theater... I was 9. When Mom found out my uncle took me to see it, she didn't speak to him for more than a year, she was that pissed. I really enjoy your reactions, but this one is the best, IMHO. Again, THANK YOU!
It’s cool that you watched this after lost boys. The priest in this movie is played by the father of the dark haired dude that was turning into a vampire in lost boys.
I was 13 when this movie came out. My parents wouldn't even let me read the book. But just listening to theme song Tubular Bells on the radio scared me!
This movie has always left me exhausted. It has an impact 50 years ago and 50 years in the future. I had nightmares forever, but i want to face this dam movie damit. Thank you for your reaction, i needed this!
My first time seeing you react. Subscribed👍😊 This is one of the all time greatest films. It’s nearly 50 years old and it still has the power to shock, especially in the context of its age. It’s also a very well made film that transcends the horror genre. Great reaction.
Man, 1 year later and this is still my favorite reaction by J. My guy was not having it. If ever there was a time for him to not finish a movie, it was this one
Quote of the century : "This is why you don't need to find everything, some shit just needs to be left buried." Also yes, Captain Howdy needed to take his ass back to the dirt the whole damn movie. He can see himself out! Your reactions are so legit and I truly say some of the same things when certain scene occur in the film. I think this film was based on a boy in the 1940s, if I am not mistaken. Another film that haunted me was 'The Exorcism of Emily Rose' which came out came out when I was a teen (2000s). They made a film much more along the lines of the Annalise Michaels story. It was a film that scared me, almost, as much as 'the Exorcist'. They even did a decent job not loading it wirh special effects, even of the time. It's less aggressive, in ways, than the Exorcist. Maybe add it to your list.
You and I feel pretty similar about this movie. It’s more disturbing than scary to me. The actress who played the little girl has talked about some of the backlash she got from this movie. She said that people on the street were scared of her and some were pretty mean as well. You’re reactions always crack me up, and I knew this one was gonna get you in a few different places! Lol
EOM Reacts. You are without a doubt the most fantastic, genuine emotions, honest opinions, humorous, and down right greatest reactionary commentators on UA-cam! Awesome! Awesome videos! Hats off in Respect to you Sir! Outstanding job!
Some info on the movie, the fighting dogs are a foreshadowing of the eventual conflict between good (the priest) and evil (demon named Pazuzu). Pazuzu is from ancient Mesopotamia and was known as king of the demons of the wind (southwest wind) and brings famine and locusts. There’s an exhibit at the Met museum in NYC that is called beyond good and evil where they talk about him in the Epic of Gilgamesh. There’s actual clay tablets depicting him. What some don’t know is that he (Pazuzu) was actually a defender against a different entity called Lamashtu the worst of all the female demons and daughter of Anu (the god of the sky). She killed children and drank the blood of human men and ate their bodies. She’s known as “the bearer of seven names,” and described in incantations as the “seven witches.” Anu is the equivalent of “god” “Yahweh” “Allah” who is the father of benevolent and malevolent beings. The priest was taking nitroglycerin which is good for the heart. And the reason the demon showed up is because Regan decided to play with the ouija board. Her mom should’ve got her a horse to play with instead.
"Poison to fight poison." Some ancient medicines were like that. But still that guy was one demon you did not want to fuck with. So evil that other demons steered clear of him. After watching this at 13, to this very day, I will not even say his name out loud. That's just inviting bad ju-ju.
I love this reaction, it's so different than most of the others. And you were kind of spot on about the 'if we put a bullet in her head', because yes, she'd take it with her. It's just that it took Damien sacrificing himself once the demon came into him because he (they) were trying so hard to save Regan. My grandmother, who is devoutly Catholic, cackled her way through this entire movie at the theater, calling it nonsense until the crucifix scene. She was SUPER offended by that and doesn't even want to hear about the movie to this day because of it.
I'm not sure which would be more disturbing: watching the movie when it first came out, or hearing your grandma cackle in the theater. I'd probably be looking for a young priest and an old priest myself if I heard something cackling during a horror movie.
The music you heard at the end is Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells, which was released in 1973. It was the foundation of Richard Branson's Virgin Records empire. It really is an extraordinary album.
My sister and brother in law went to dinner I was at the house rolling some green and drinking few beers my butt went and watch this movie. When my sister got home the whole house been light up you couldn't find one dark room in that house 😂
awww i feel genuinely BAD for the people going through this month who HATE horror movies but they're subjecting themselves to it.. for the sake of UA-cam lol XD Poor Jen Murray. She couldn't stop fidgeting and blankets and real screaming happened.. you guys deserve the credit you get, indeed. xo
Hi, I wanted to commend you on sitting through this movie. My sister and I really enjoyed your video, and The Exorcist is our favorite horror movie of all time!
They used wires to help her go down the stairs like that. The scene was not in the original since you could see them but they added the scene back in later. Great movie!!! Even greater reaction! Love you J !!!
Nominated for 10 Oscars including Best Picture but won for Best Sound Editing Best Adapted Screenplay. It made $470 million dollars ($1.3 billion dollars today) against a $13 million dollar budget. The movie Is said to be cursed as some of the cast and crew got into unexplained accidents before and during filming.

The crucifix scene is one of the most visceral scenes in movie history. No wonder people ran out of the cinema in the 70's
The imagery is still disturbing even by today's standards. I know Linda Blair isn't actually doing that to herself from the special features, but still it looks convincing. What she's doing is putting the crucifix into a box between her legs with movie blood, and at her age at that time, she said she had no clue what masturbation was.

Stuntwoman Ann Miles performed the spider-walk scene in November 1972, after having practiced it for two weeks.[84] Vercoutere had designed a special harness, but she did not need it; as a former college gymnast at Florida State she was already a skilled enough contortionist to do the scene[85] on the first take.[84] Friedkin cut it over Blatty's objection just prior to the premiere, since he thought it appeared too early in the film for such a drastic effect on Regan to be visible.
I watched this movie around 90s and I do remember it had "spider walk" being IN movie.....
They used a contortionist for the spider walk scene
I was going thru Marine Corps boot camp when this movie opened. Never heard any of the hype & missed out on anything in the news. So imagine being dragged into a theater that was still showing it several month later. The BEST overall movie-going experience I've ever had in my 67 years on this planet.

@Chimera * nice!
It definitely would have won Visual effects. "JAWS" would have won too. Maybe the shark effects are slightly rough in a few scenes for a modern audience, in '75 they were TOP-TIER!but the category wasn't recognized that year either??
And to Eileen Dietz for covering the scenes that they couldn't put Linda in.
@@mojobag01 She also did the masturbation scenes in the same makeup as Blair.
'AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" ' I gotta go pee!!' 😂 Jay, you're too much!
The accuracy of the makeup with Max is great unlike what they did with Keir Dullea in Space Odyssey.
"The Greatest Story Ever Told," where Max Von Sydow was Jesus Christ, this is best acting work of our savior I have ever seen. It is a Legendary movie like this one.
I thought the same thing, it was done so well that up until 10 years ago I found out it was all make up
That was the absolute best reaction to this movie I've seen!
It’s one of those movies that is disturbing, whether you are religious or not.

Yes you're so right about that. It's almost a crippled feeling, like being powerlessness.
Hey
Jay, be ready to be haunted by this movie.

Godspeed!
This is one of the best movie reaction I've seen in ages. Well done Jay for getting through it.

Also yes, Captain Howdy needed to take his ass back to the dirt the whole damn movie.
Lol

It sounded like Reagan too!
Great descriotion. Pazuzu despite his evil nature often was a defender of people against greater evil.
"Poison to fight poison." Some ancient medicines were like that. But still that guy was one demon you did not want to fuck with. So evil that other demons steered clear of him. After watching this at 13, to this very day, I will not even say his name out loud. That's just inviting bad ju-ju.
Your reaction is the most amusing. Your commentary is hilarious 🤣 and I agree about the ouija board does open your soul to evil.

"....an angry ice machine upstairs" 🤣 I love how innocent your thinking is.
