Hey! Good to see you back in action. I have a question that's a bit unrelated to bouldering but wondered why you settled for the Dragon Cams instead of the Black Diamond Camalots or Wild Country Friends? Was thinking of updating my rack and was interested in your opinion. Keep the vids coming :-)
Hi Mike, Glad you're enjoying the videos. We chose the Dragon cams for a few reasons. They seem to have the best grip with their special teeth design. We also like the extendable sling on them which gives more options for extending the cams or carrying less quickdraws. It's also nice to support local manufacturing and means when they need reslinging we don't have to ship them to America to be reslung. There are plenty of people that like the camelot's and friends but for us we just prefer the Dragons :)
Thanks so much for the info. I was leaning towards the Dragons and especially like the fact that they are 2KN stronger than the friends. Reassuring when you are whipping past the rock in free fall.

Yep. So much good weather through lockdown and now we can start getting back out the British summer starts 🤦Heading north soon so hope it gets better
