Sir David King getting ever closer to accepting that we're in ecological overshoot. He sounds ever less optimistic, year by year.
Overshoot includes peak cheap oil and natural resources.
Global action in my lifetime or human extinction in my children's. Not that I'll be having any. In my early 20's now and have already given up on that.
Love your first statement! I feel the same way. I'm in my mid 50's and have been vocal about this since I was a teen.
Also, we need children from smart ethical people, a few of us are bound to survive. We could be more like roaches than we'd like to think.
Tell when climate never change?
To say that 'we' have to act is ridicules. Our current situation is the result of the rich and it will only be when they (the rich) change their ways that our situation will change.
