The 34 indictments are public record; you can read the charges of false business records and election interference.
So stupid that we still have to rely on drawings of a trial and not able to video tape it. This is the former president not a private civilian. This should have been photographed and taped.
If I were a juror or potential juror, I would feel happier with the selective crappy drawings than with video cameras.

There are some journalists that go to these trials and write everything down, and then. broadcast it on their youtube channel. and they are pretty detailed as to what is going on in the trials. The judge does not want you to see what's going on in these trials. If I had the name of one of them off the top of my head. I'll let you know. But there's quite a few of them on youtube.

The beautiful irony of the trouble with empaneling the jury is that Trump tried so hard to delay the trial. The trial is on, and the amount of time this first part is taking is just keeping him sitting in court every day until it's completed, and then the actual testimony.

Armchair quarterbacking here, I think the defense's strategy will be primarily to discredit the integrity of the various witnesses. It's entirely possible they won't call any witnesses of their own. I mean, what could a defense witness say in this case?

what is "hush money"?
Trump paid David Pecker, the publisher of the National Enquirer tabloid, to buy the stories of Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, porn stars that Trump had affairs with. The stories were then never printed - they were "hushed up".
The purpose of this was to prevent their stories from coming out during the 2016 campaign, after the "Access Hollywood" video had already put Trump in a bad light as a womanizer. But this case is really about election interference - hiding facts about Trump from voters, and falsifying business records.
To disguise the payments, Trump's then-lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid Pecker, and Trump reimbursed Cohen with monthly installments. The payments to Cohen were recorded as legal fees. This was a lie. Their actual purpose was for his election prospects, and should have been recorded as a campaign contribution. They didn't do that because campaign finances get reported.
New York is a financial center, and has strict laws about business records being correct. If corporations, banks, and investment houses can't rely on those records, the whole financial system comes crashing down. That's why Trump's company was fined $455 million in the civil fraud case earlier this year. They lied to banks, insurance companies, and New York's tax collectors about the value of his properties.

I find the timing of this judgment is unjust. If he didn't spent his time in court, he would spend the time for campaigning of presidential race. Where were this court last 4 years? As a conclusion, timing of this trial is undemocratic.
These investigations were going on BEFORE he declared his candidacy. He ran for office to interfere with the courts, not the other way around. Some of the slowness is because of his own delay tactics. In conclusion, you are a tad bit uninformed.
