Hi Sheila, best is to check out their webpage, which I show in my video, to see where they can send online offered cacti to. And also which type of documents and paperwork required for shipping to your country of residence.
Is Leuchtenberg a place name? I would have never thought of pronouncing it the way you did. Some very interesting choices! Did you mainly use 4” azalea pots to do your potting up? I did see one standard pot.
Hi Jane, many thanks for watching and commenting, much appreciated as always! Yes indeed, Leuchtenberg is a small town in Bavaria, southern Germany in fact - and the plant, Leuchtenbergia principis (...it is the only species in this genus), was named, a long time ago (...I believe in the mid 1800's), after a man of nobility from this town (Duke of Leuchtenberg) who was a keen botanist, also growing cacti then! Most of the pots I used are 2" and 3" terracota half pots, so not quite as tall as the standard flower pots. Have a wonderful week ahead, best wishes and cactus greetings!
Hey Bill, haha so funny, I had to laugh so hard when I read your wonderful comment my friend, lol!! Well, I hope then that you did not like most of the plants in the unboxing, as that would indeed then help keeping the costs down!! How can one order from.?
@@cactusjoe Thanks for the detailed response!!
I can see that our friendship is going to cost me a lot of money!
Hey Bill, haha so funny, I had to laugh so hard when I read your wonderful comment my friend, lol!! Well, I hope then that you did not like most of the plants in the unboxing, as that would indeed then help keeping the costs down!!
