Hi! I am using the 1230 model with a 24V Gel battery bank setup. Note that I am using the preset parameters for GEL type batteries. The charge controllers indicate that I have a 23V power input however it shows that there is no charge current. Batteries are currently at 25.1V, if I am correct, according to the settings, this controller should start charging the batteries. Am I doing something wrong?

How to I adjust the Resume charge voltage? With Lifepo4 setting it is 13.0V which is too low.
Please set the battery type to USE1 so that you can adjust the parameters yourself.
I already have this same model, but how to activate the rotation display like the old model so i dont have to operate the botton just to see some details on display..

I am trying to figure out the LiFePO4 battery setting . I see in the instructions that they have listed LiPo and LiFe. When I enter that I have a 4-3.2v battery I get the symbol of LiFe. I have never seen the LiPo symbol. My question is do I have it set right? Thanks

A few days ago, I bought the 30 amp machine that connected a Jinko 580-watt 24-volt panel. I am not getting any response from this machine, although the weather in my area is not good, the sun has not risen due to rain. Will I get no output from this controller if it's not sunny?

Can anyone tell me if by picking the 4-3.2v battery then the LiFe symbol shows on the screen, are the charging parameters picked for me? I have a LiFePO4 battery and i dont need the resume, the constant voltage, equalization and absorption charge. All I need is the Low voltage protection and Float charge, Please correct me if I am wrong. Please tell me how to set this controller up correctly. Are the charging parameters user adjustable? Thanks

@@martinwragg8246 I got no help from powmr support. I studied every you tube I could find and eventually put my project on a shelf for later. I did feel by trying different button pushes I did get better at it but in the end I dont know if its set up right. I have an Epever MPPT that has a remote programer (M50 i think) that is much more user friendly and not much more money.

É a versão do software instalado. O meu é U1.4 é também não fica trocando e os icones no display no LCD são diferentes dos que ficam mudando os dados, è igual ao deste video acima que também não muda .

预设的电池类型的参数是默认的, 不能任意调节, 可以选 usr2 用户定义, 大部分参数可以调节.

In a 24v load terminal system that supplies 24v, can it supply 12v power?
If you set your batteries to 24v then no. You will need a buck converter to convert that to 12v.
Seems like a good controller. However, the interface is not very customizable and a bit confusing.
For example, there is no need for 4 LD options. Can be easily set: [24 h] for constant output, [0 h] at night, that is. it works when the panels are not charging and vice versa and [1-23h] time how long the output works when the panels are not working, [-1h] reverse mode (while the panels are charging). And so instead of 6 setting options, here we have only one parameter that covers all 6 options.

Hi, I'm using the POW-Keeper 1220. I selected SLD in the controller because based on the manual, if you are using a Sealed Lead Acid Battery of 12V, you should select SLD. My problem is in the SCC, the LVD is set too low at 10.8V. How can I change it to 12.0V? I long press the MENU button while LVD is selected but nothing happens. I need to increase the LVD to protect my battery.
Please change the battery type to USR1 or USR2 before setting it up. If SLD is set, the system will automatically default LVD to 10.8V and cannot be modified.

hi ! I have powmr powkeeper mppt 1220 controller Firmware version v1.7 . i have problem with this controller. i used 12v LiPO4 battery pack. battery is normaly charging ok. but after few hours battery fully charged the controller stoped charging. and i using the battey in day time the battery just keeps going drain and the controller doesn't charge the battery no matter how much sunlight there is.
There is no such problem with my other controllers. I have a powmr mppt 60A controller, Even after the battery was fully charged during the day. The amount of amperes obtained from the battery is not reduced by the battery and is given from the panels through the charging controller. Now this 1220mppt after fully charging it cut off the solar panels and do not give any output to useing load . Then in the evening, the battery is half depleted. The battery will not be left to use at night.. my english is not good butI hope you understand. how can i fix this. thanks

Can you help me? I have your product Powmr Keeper Mppt 20A, I am trying to change the Resume Charge to higher voltage like 13.6V but I am not able to set it. This is what I am doing.
From Main Page > 3seconds Menu button > Resume Charge
On Resume Charge page I am trying to press Menu for 3 seconds but nothing is happening.

Tenho uma dúvida.... quando ele entra no modo mppt em 12v qual é a voltagem mínima dos painéis para que ele entra no modo mppt.

@@eumesmo-kd1tr Generally, you can find the specific reference value of the battery in your lithium battery manual. Then set the battery type to USE on the controller, and you can customize the lithium battery parameters according to the reference values in your battery manual.

Hi, before you set Float votage, you need to set your battery type "US r1", then set Constant charge voltage and Absorption charge voltage first. Keep the Constant voltage and Absorption voltage are higher than Float votage.
When you see the interface you want to change the set or parameter, you can long press the "up" button for over 3 seconds, then press "up" or "down" to select the parameter you want to choose. After you selected the parameter you need, long press "up" button again to save the setting selection.
