Do you sand or do any prep work between colour coats?

Not needed. Since I am within the window of recoating the color. It will have a chemical bond.

Hi, I am a poor boy from Slovakia, I own a cheap Škoda Felicia car with bad paint, would you give me a chameleon paint for my car? if a gift? do you have one on offer that changes shades from purple through blue to green?

Does not matter. The car was here for a new paint job. I appreciate your concern though.
