  • Chilli Garlic Mushroom Shaped Potatoes (Korean Style)
    Ingredients -
    2 Potatoes
    200g Potato starch
    150ml Water
    Chopped garlic
    Chilli powder 1tsp
    Sugar 1 - 2 tsp
    Salt as per taste
    Soy sauce Chopped green onion
    Avocado oil (can be used cooking oil)
    A bottle to make mushroom shape
    Boil the potatoes, take a cup of potato starch, half a cup of chopped spring onions, finely chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of kashmiri red chilli powder
    Mash the potatoes, Then, add in half to 1 cup of potato starch, as it is required, add in a teaspoon of salt, mix well, sprinkle little water if required, mix well, make a soft dough, then make small balls with
    your palms, use any small bottle, press softly on the balls to make
    mushroom shape🍄, make as many as required, then drop one by one into the water, let it boil for a while, after it boils, it would have sized up, then put into iced water, once it cools down, drain the water
    Then, transfer it to a plate, add in finely chopped garlic, then add in chopped spring onions, add in teaspoon of kashmiri red chilli powder, add in spoon of soya sauce, add in a teaspoon of sugar, salt as per taste, then add in hot avocado oil into it, give it a nice mix. It is ready.

    ✤Tip - It is better to use chopped garlic for flavour. Use some oil on palms to make balls to avoid stickiness.
    The amount of water may vary depending on how the potatoes are boiled.
