If you buy a home in Victory at Verrado, can you rent it out until you move in? I’m not ready to retire, but it seems like a good idea to plan ahead.
Yes you can but they doo would need to meet the age requirements in Victory. If you are purchasing with a loan, you will find that the lender will charge you an extra .25 on the rate for an investment property. Good idea though, I see these prices going up over the next 5-10 years! There's some great deals out there right now.
AZ has too many adults working teenager jobs, how is a adult suppose to survive. They need more business's down there.

My favorites are in Queen Creek, Cave Creek and North Phoenix on 1 acre lots. Lots of gorgeous new builds by small local builders (not national) as well as re-sale where landscaping/pools have been completed.

When will the west side get a whole foods
Gosh Sofia, based on Whole Foods decreased openings of new stores (only 8 were opened throughout the entire country in 2023) and their focus on their new concept, Whole Foods Market Daily Shop in more urban high-density areas, I do not see that happening any time in the foreseeable future (they have already announced 2025 and 2026 openings). Sprouts Farmer Market is going to be your best bet as the go-to for healthy shopping, they already announced a new store coming to Avondale.

I love a LOT of different areas in Phoenix metro. I love Verrado for it's small town charm. I love North Peoria for it's affordable luxury lifestyle with mountain views.

I I hate that Victory is 55 plus. It makes no sense to me to segregate age. All of Verrado is pretty chill. Not to much kid riff raff.
It makes sense to everyone that lives in Victory. LOL And as well-behaved as the kids may be, people of a certain age just don't want to be around them. And that's ok. There are non-Victory homes for sale too. There are thousands more coming too, in both Verrado & Victory.
