If you have a West facing backyard, have a nice front yard with courtyard if you want to be outside when it’s hot.
That's a nice alternative if you have a courtyard in the front. Definitely not as private.
We put a down payment on Lennar home in Maricopa we were selling our home in California at the same time they did gave us a contingency very happy to say we’re closing on may 13😊

Great video. Funny thing.. the "dream home" that has been rebuilt in the lower neighborhoods, are identical to the ones being built in the NW Valley. Take your choice! :) :)
MANY buyers want to live INSIDE the city where 'everything' is. Shopping, dining, employment, entertainment, golf, events...very little of this in the NW Valley, but still very beautiful.

Stay away from William Ryan homes. Arroyo Norte in New River is an example of some of the worst construction I have ever seen.
I better name for that community would be Smoke and Mirrors.
