- SilkAir flight review, onboard the A319 from Kota Kinabalu to Singapore as flight MI395. Experience the full service airline subsidiary of Singapore Airlines.
This delayed flight takes 2 hours, originally scheduled to depart at 7.55pm but rescheduled to 9pm. As a courtesy, passengers are given meal vouchers - to spend at McDonalds. The aircraft is an A319 (9V-SBG), and a hot meal is served onboard with chicken or fish as options. Service onboard SilkAir is nice and professional.
It is a nice travelling experience with SilkAir.

Sad that SIA will replace this flight to be operated by Scoot. Silkair will be no more offered in Kota Kinabalu in December

I have flown Silk many times. I got some bad news because Singapore Airlines in their infinite wisdom swapped Silk Air with Scoot on some of their routes. I live in a city that is now served by Scoot Air. Scoot Air SUCKS.
I feel you. The demise of MI is a greatest tragedy of aviation in SE Asia.
Thank for the reply. You are the first one to recognize this. It appears more more airlines are copying the Air Asia Business Model. I do not fly Air Asia.
