Even though it is the bad ending, I find Megan's Fight to be way more satisfactory than Dan's. And I say that as someone who despises unwinnable fights in this kind of games. The devs knew how it is to be done, specially with all the dialogue options and heartbreaking deaths of the protagonists. If you screw up this badly to get the bad ending it is entirely deserved.

Funfact: It's actually possible to get the optional party member, T-Bo before new game+. You just have to finish the mixtape sidequest (The one that doubles as a soundtest) before the Michelle Obama event midway through the game. It's kind of a pain in the ass, since you have to go to some lategame areas while underleveled, but it's well worth it. He's one of the best party members in the game next to Gibby.
Yeah, but then you lose him as a Vendor. And Spaghetti Tacos on a Stick is the best Healing Item in the game. And Roast Chicken on a Stick boosts Sam's Attack by 3.
T-Bo is the best tank ingame since he absorbs any damage that would hurt another party member. Even if he dies you just need to use Mrs. Benson's medical kit to revive him with full health to continue this absolute broken combo (just use any damage dealer beside Spencer since he's constantly hurting himself and T-Bo can't heal him if he isn't hurt by an enemy).

When it was revealed his wart was actually a bug Nevel implanted in him to spy on Carly and he was forced to do what he said because Nevel had his daughter hostage not knowing she was already dead, was just heart breaking.
Here's a tip for the final boss I learned. Don't use "random dancing" until Nevel summons the Dingo Channel minions. If even one of them is caught outside it they'll reset the others. But If you time it right you'll managed to get them all. Just be sure to have Sam equipped with the butter sock and keep the team safe until then. The Dingo Channel minions also attack less frequent if you equipped Freddie or Spencer with Charles Dingo's frozen head. Best of luck everyone.

Nevel fight was one of my all time favorite fights, but I maxed spencer so when he sacrificed himself it made the fight that much harder. Most of my cast was below 80, the recommended level

Dan Schneider has collected everyone’s feet, but is missing a pair, Carly’s. At this point she is outnumbered, but she hears a battle cry, and can faintly hear “GIBEHHH.” Out of nowhere, Gibby comes out of nowhere and falls on Dan from the ceiling, now is the chance to commence the unified assault, Sam comes and assists Carly on hand to hand combat, as Freddy casts his camera spells, Spencer builds a sculpture behind the entire fight, his revenge to Dan doesn’t appeal to him anymore after his feet were taken. It begins, it has all come down to this, this is, iCarly.

This game was phenomenal. Especially the character development, holy shit, the character development was amazing as all hell! Especially Gibby's arc, where he turns on the crew but decides to come back with them learning that power doesn't mean you'll gain happiness.
ironically after that realisation he becomes twice as strong as before and is likely your strongest party member without even needing to grind with him

@Hubert If you complete the game (any ending) without a single character ever fainting a secret cutscene will play, SPOILER ALERT it explains that Dan Schneider is the most powerful of the ancient ones, 4 forgotten gods who created the Carlyverse. If you play again you can get a previously unobtainable side quest that starts the "Lord of feet" questline, which leads to the Dan Schneider ending.
i like how despite everyone's different interpretations of an ICarly RPG, a few things remain the same across a lot of them: -Sam using the buttersock as a weapon -Spencer/Gibby sacrifices himself/dies -Random Dancing as a stat boost -Dan Schnider as the final boss -Drake & Josh/Sam & Cat DLC
It is sad that Sam & Cat game was cancelled to become a miserable and boring DLC , even if , it adds Cat a good healer with distraction skills and Dice who can help you manage the RNG in your favor but still , it is very short , bland story , Sam 2.0 is barely better than its original version and for the sacrifices you must make it is really not worth it . Honestly the concepts and stories they released looked really good and some zone concepts but a shame that all that went down the drain .
Mostly also why it does not meet the cliffhanger that Victorius left making the story lose more sense and there are plot holes , even though it is known that there is a fairly advanced version of the development with a totally different and interesting story but only God knows when it will be leaked to the public .
I love how this actually connected to the VIctorious RPG. It's sad that it ended on a cliffhanger due to Sam & Cat's cancellation, would've been the perfect trilogy.

This game is pretty underrated. I have a lot of nostalgia for games of this era, though most of them don't hold up as well as I remember them, yet hearing Carly say "Leave it all to me," before going into this fight alone is really powerful, and especially sad when you realize that she doesn't come out of it alive.

Normally, you'd fight Nevel as the final boss. But if you do all the sidequests where you must find traces of feet in the footage, you can show them to Spencer and unlock the good ending where you battle Schneider himself. (also i love how the idea of this is so absurd most of us dont know this is a real game)
Also if you (As Carly) pick all the bad choices in the game, such as coming in between Sam and Freddy's romance or letting Spencer fall into complete insanity, you unlock the bad ending's final boss in the form of Megan.

I know a lot of people are gonna hate this, but Melanie is such an underrated summon when it comes to gameplay. Sure, you need to sacrifice a turn and can only use her with Sam in the party, but she boosts your damage output by a certain increments every round. It's so much more useful than Mandy's duck egg HP boost.
I completely agree with you, and Mandy's duck egg HP boost only really works when you have the main cast in your party else it's just really ineffective.
Did anyone else unlock Victoria Justice before the final dungeon? She is one of the secret characters you can recruit along side Drake Bell & Josh Peck.
But if you go to the main menu and input down, down, left, r, you get the super secret Henry Danger as an Easter egg playable character preluding to Dan later making the show
Are going to ignore the scene where the gang comes across a giant snake impaled on a tree and it activates the secret T-Bo side quest? One of the hardest fights in the game, but if you pull it off without losing a party member, he’ll join you as a hidden playable character. Definitely worth the grind, as he’s easily an S tier fighter with his “Stick” command, allowing him to insta kill any enemy with the “smoothie” affiliation. Really carried the party to the endgame, and never failed in battle.
He made every fight so easy, especially when you get his ultimate weapon, ‘Tacos on a Stick’. Pair that with the smoothie armour and he’s pretty much invincible

Everyone keeps talking about their favourite boss battles, but I love the simpler parts. Like, for example, the museum sidequest where you have to utilise spencers stealth ability to sneak past the guards. Or the sidequest where you recieve the eggs and have to find the chicks before the irl day is over.
This part of the game is where I was at tears. The events leading up to this final battle, Gibby’s sacrifice, Freddie’s betrayal, Spencer’s romantic affair, Lewbert’s tragic backstory. This final battle was a masterpiece.

I know Nevel’s a fun boss, but the Lewbert bossfight was heartbreaking “You’re just a kid Carly…you should be playing outside with your friends…not doing things like this…alas…you had to stick your nose where it didn’t belong…I’ll make it quick.”
Actually if you use the remote found in-between the couch cushions at Carly's house, you can skip the fight all together. The fight is so hard and I only leveled up Freddy once beforehand, so this was the only way for me to beat it.
There is a Glitch you can do with Freddy. Spoiler: When Freddy is about to leave your party. If you do it right you can open the menu just before he speaks (needs some attempts). Give him the "Broken Laptop" (yes it's bad if you have given him the Broken Laptop already) then save & exit game. If you now load your game it is past his speech and he should be gone BUT he isn't. And when he rejoins your party later then you will have 2 Freddy's in your team making the rest of the game a cakewalk even if you play in the highest difficulty (the unlockable one which limits randoom battles per chapter making EXP farming impossible) or doing the secret boss.
Gibby is a underrated character, he is a defensive wall that can cushion attacks from enemies, but when he uses Shirt off he becomes a glass canon that could die in an instant.

Hot take: Random Dancing is an overrated skill. Sure, it can provide a large buff to the party, but Sam and Carly, the only ones who can equip it, have abilities far too valuable for Random Dancing's effects to skip. Sam's "All-Out Fist War" move can be devastating if used at the right time, and Random Dancing can take away from that value. What could've been a life-saving "Team Rally" from Carly has been reduced to an attack and defence up for the party. Sure it's strong, but a defence up isn't going to save someone on 20 hp. Even more egregious is the wasting of a "5-4-3-2" from Freddy. The massive critical hit bonus that can be acquired, particularly from Sam, is ruined by mere speed and accuracy up.

Yeah, agree. I hated RS Michelle's design. She just shuts down the majority options the player has by being immune to all elemental damage (except dark, of course but who uses that?), so there's really only one good build that just involves spamming the same 2 attacks + heal frequently to cheese her. Worst designed boss by a landslide.

Here’s what I’ve pieced together of the final battle: Socko betrays team iCarly, causing the previous villain, Nevel, to come to his senses and team up with team iCarly to confront the greater evil that looms over the horizon (currently Socko). Once Carly and friends confront Socko, Spencer and Socko have a dramatic, emotionally driven exchange and Socko reveals himself to be none other than Dan Schneider, the mastermind behind it all. Throughout the battle, Ginny sacrifices his shirt to incapacitate Dan and Spencer sacrifices himself so that Dan Schneider can be defeated once and for all.

The shirt always had the ability to unlock his full power. He always took it off to keep himself restrained. Gibby with shirt is the last form of the final boss.
The fact that they made Sams sister an entirely unique playable party member as opposed to just a skin really shows how much love and effort went into this game
Probably cause that was in the ill-faded 3DS remaster which had a ton of issues like major bugs and crashing when you could just play the DS verison on 3DS anyway

Dan Schneider has collected everyone’s feet, but is missing a pair, Carly’s. At this point she is outnumbered, but she hears a battle cry, and can faintly hear “GIBEHHH.” Out of nowhere, Gibby comes out of nowhere and falls on Dan from the ceiling, now is the chance to commence the unified assault, Sam comes and assists Carly on hand to hand combat, as Freddy casts his camera spells, Spencer builds a sculpture behind the entire fight, his revenge to Dan doesn’t appeal to him anymore after his feet were taken. It begins, it has all come down to this, this is, iCarly.

This game was phenomenal. Especially the character development, holy shit, the character development was amazing as all hell! Especially Gibby's arc, where he turns on the crew but decides to come back with them learning that power doesn't mean you'll gain happiness.
ironically after that realisation he becomes twice as strong as before and is likely your strongest party member without even needing to grind with him
I love how the developers changed his look and added a shirt on him referring to how he has grown up as a man.

If you play again you can get a previously unobtainable side quest that starts the "Lord of feet" questline, which leads to the Dan Schneider ending.

i like how despite everyone's different interpretations of an ICarly RPG, a few things remain the same across a lot of them:
-Sam using the buttersock as a weapon
-Spencer/Gibby sacrifices himself/dies
-Random Dancing as a stat boost
-Dan Schnider as the final boss
-Drake & Josh/Sam & Cat DLC
It is sad that Sam & Cat game was cancelled to become a miserable and boring DLC , even if , it adds Cat a good healer with distraction skills and Dice who can help you manage the RNG in your favor but still , it is very short , bland story , Sam 2.0 is barely better than its original version and for the sacrifices you must make it is really not worth it .
Honestly the concepts and stories they released looked really good and some zone concepts but a shame that all that went down the drain .
Mostly also why it does not meet the cliffhanger that Victorius left making the story lose more sense and there are plot holes , even though it is known that there is a fairly advanced version of the development with a totally different and interesting story but only God knows when it will be leaked to the public .
I love how this actually connected to the VIctorious RPG. It's sad that it ended on a cliffhanger due to Sam & Cat's cancellation, would've been the perfect trilogy.

Normally, you'd fight Nevel as the final boss. But if you do all the sidequests where you must find traces of feet in the footage, you can show them to Spencer and unlock the good ending where you battle Schneider himself.
(also i love how the idea of this is so absurd most of us dont know this is a real game)
Also if you (As Carly) pick all the bad choices in the game, such as coming in between Sam and Freddy's romance or letting Spencer fall into complete insanity, you unlock the bad ending's final boss in the form of Megan.

I know a lot of people are gonna hate this, but Melanie is such an underrated summon when it comes to gameplay. Sure, you need to sacrifice a turn and can only use her with Sam in the party, but she boosts your damage output by a certain increments every round. It's so much more useful than Mandy's duck egg HP boost.
I completely agree with you, and Mandy's duck egg HP boost only really works when you have the main cast in your party else it's just really ineffective.

Are going to ignore the scene where the gang comes across a giant snake impaled on a tree and it activates the secret T-Bo side quest? One of the hardest fights in the game, but if you pull it off without losing a party member, he’ll join you as a hidden playable character. Definitely worth the grind, as he’s easily an S tier fighter with his “Stick” command, allowing him to insta kill any enemy with the “smoothie” affiliation. Really carried the party to the endgame, and never failed in battle.
He made every fight so easy, especially when you get his ultimate weapon, ‘Tacos on a Stick’. Pair that with the smoothie armour and he’s pretty much invincible

Everyone keeps talking about their favourite boss battles, but I love the simpler parts. Like, for example, the museum sidequest where you have to utilise spencers stealth ability to sneak past the guards. Or the sidequest where you recieve the eggs and have to find the chicks before the irl day is over.
I like collecting the different cheesecakes at Cheesecake Warehouse!
The spaghetti taco sidequest, while tedious, was definitely worth it in the end. Drake and Josh's secret boss fight is so fun!

This part of the game is where I was at tears. The events leading up to this final battle, Gibby’s sacrifice, Freddie’s betrayal, Spencer’s romantic affair, Lewbert’s tragic backstory. This final battle was a masterpiece.

The Anti Spencer fight was hard af, but thank God that Freddy's Codara is an overpowered attack
Actually if you use the remote found in-between the couch cushions at Carly's house, you can skip the fight all together. The fight is so hard and I only leveled up Freddy once beforehand, so this was the only way for me to beat it.
There is a Glitch you can do with Freddy.
Spoiler:
When Freddy is about to leave your party.
If you do it right you can open the menu just before he speaks (needs some attempts). Give him the "Broken Laptop" (yes it's bad if you have given him the Broken Laptop already) then save & exit game.
If you now load your game it is past his speech and he should be gone BUT he isn't. And when he rejoins your party later then you will have 2 Freddy's in your team making the rest of the game a cakewalk even if you play in the highest difficulty (the unlockable one which limits randoom battles per chapter making EXP farming impossible) or doing the secret boss.

Spencer betraying you, becoming Spenceroth, and fighting him as the final boss is maybe one the best moments in gaming history
Hot take: Random Dancing is an overrated skill. Sure, it can provide a large buff to the party, but Sam and Carly, the only ones who can equip it, have abilities far too valuable for Random Dancing's effects to skip. Sam's "All-Out Fist War" move can be devastating if used at the right time, and Random Dancing can take away from that value. What could've been a life-saving "Team Rally" from Carly has been reduced to an attack and defence up for the party. Sure it's strong, but a defence up isn't going to save someone on 20 hp. Even more egregious is the wasting of a "5-4-3-2" from Freddy. The massive critical hit bonus that can be acquired, particularly from Sam, is ruined by mere speed and accuracy up.
Ah, you haven’t played Support Carly to it’s fullest? Random Dancing at the beginning of a turn whilst letting Sam attack with the Butter Sock is really damn good
The hidden bosses really were overpowered if you didn’t have the spaghetti taco item by endgame. lil pump was tough, but nowhere near as bad as Michelle Obama with the red stone of Aja.

Yeah, agree. I hated RS Michelle's design. She just shuts down the majority options the player has by being immune to all elemental damage (except dark, of course but who uses that?), so there's really only one good build that just involves spamming the same 2 attacks + heal frequently to cheese her. Worst designed boss by a landslide.

Here’s what I’ve pieced together of the final battle: Socko betrays team iCarly, causing the previous villain, Nevel, to come to his senses and team up with team iCarly to confront the greater evil that looms over the horizon (currently Socko). Once Carly and friends confront Socko, Spencer and Socko have a dramatic, emotionally driven exchange and Socko reveals himself to be none other than Dan Schneider, the mastermind behind it all. Throughout the battle, Ginny sacrifices his shirt to incapacitate Dan and Spencer sacrifices himself so that Dan Schneider can be defeated once and for all.
