- A belated Happy Fathers Day to all the amazing dads out there. Slater has been such a blessing to our family and such a great dad to Scott and Sevi! I feel bad that I don’t have a gift for him this year, but I guess birthing Sevi is somehow my gift already 🤪😂. Today you’ll see not just the highs at home, but also the lows. We are dealing with two year old temper tantrums more now and Slater is usually the one who handles them. He’s the disciplinarian of the house and you’ll see just that in today’s vlog. I have to say, he is great at it. He is patient and firm and I’m happy Scott and Sevi have him to guide them as they grows older. We also go on our first ever dinner date since Sevi boo came. It was quick and lovely 🥰 Happy to share more snippets of our day with you guys! Enjoy!

the way scottie still touched his dad's shirt while slater talked to him during his tantrum warms my heart so much because it goes to show that scottie's aware he is not under attack despite his tantrum.
Kryz is obviously too kind. Very compassionate and emphatetic to the point na minsan i feel like nahihiya siya mapagod or mastress angels niya bec of them and/or the kids esp that the kids are hers. Yung mom feeling na "they are supposed to be my responsibility" so she doesn't want to bother others. But technically, it's what they are hired for ms. Kryz so it's okay to let go. ❤️ im sure ur angels won't take it against u. ;)

Salute to Slater for disciplining Scottie. With appropriate and consistent discipline, your child will learn about consequences and taking responsibility for their own actions.
we understand na you wanna be there for everyone, making sure everything is well-taken care of... but you're doing great... we're really grateful for the vlog and for sharing your fam with us... but basically what we just wanna say is that you also deserve enough rest and some 'ME' time... bc after all, you're not just a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sibling, and a vlogger, you're also YOU 😊
I love Slater's answer when Kryz asked him of his reaction to terrible 2s. "It's up to us to manage." You know they are ready and good parents just by that comment. Because kids have little understanding of different feelings, so you shouldn't take it against them when they throw fits and tantrums. You should not make them feel like its their fault when they cry, because at the end of the day, you are the adult and you need to understand that you need to guide them so they will grow up understanding different types of feelings so they become responsible adults in the future as well.
I have a feeling that Scottie looks more like his dad but got more of his mom's personality, and Sevi will be the other way around. Looking more like mom but will get his dad's personality. 😂
That’s why Scottie will grow up humble and empathetic because you’re a great mum.

Ganyan talaga siya kahit kay scottie pa noon, hands-on siya sa mga anak niya. Mas lalo na ngayon na dalawa na kaya na buburn out siya. Lalo na ngayon wala si yaya jera mas malapit pa naman yun kay scottie. Kaya she needs a break talaga and let her angel's na gumawa sa ibang bagay.

I can super relate! My husband also said that to me. Scottie and my little one is at the same age. Even though I hired a yaya because I started working again, I still force myself to keep an eye on them and it resulted restless days.

Hi ms. Khryzz! I really don't think you're being "perfectionist" just like others say here, I think it really just the love of moms out there toward their children. Mostly, once a person becomes a mom, their world feels like it only focuses on their child because we know how moms want to give the BEST for their child/children. And that's how Selfless a mom could be, that is why I understand Slater want you to focus on yourself too and give time to have a break. 🤍

Hang in there, momma! I am also going through the same thing, though my older son is 5, its also a struggle to feed him anything! We already categorized him as an extremely picky eater and my 6 month old is a breeze to take care of. I also made a choice to have VTL after 2 kids, my husband and I talked about it, and its about time I think about myself, go on full diet mode, after gaining so many pounds with the 2 kids. I love myself now again, and I let my trusty help do her work. Its not a crime to turn off the mommy mode. I hope you can go on even a short trip with only Slater. Leaving kids with the grandparents will also do them some good. =)
Hope you don’t get too pressured to be “the perfect mom” - Bcos all moms want the best for their fam! But you’re human too!! You’re doing so great! Maybe put a “mom hour” twice a day to recharge!!

I relate on not being selfish! Hahahaha not a mama yet, but on work, I tend to take in all of the work/tasks even though I know I can actually assign or seek help from other people. I guess this is Kryz' friendly reminder to know how to do task delegations and try to be a bit 'selfish' 😉

Slater are right.. u need to let go. Be a real mam.. queen to the king, not a slave to anyone because you are the queen. u must take care of yourself then others things will fall into place, trust me. how u gonna inspire others especially your family if u didnt take care of yourself.? dont worry abt your child they are in good hand.. u only monitor them. i having 2 kids too, with only one yaya. i am working 9-6 n have to leave my baby at home.. i trust my yaya, u must put the trust on your yayas. Schedule the time table to yayas, when one person eat, another take care of him, then another perosn rest. Tbh, I ask my yaya, they be honest to me, she not comfortable to do work if mommy always want to involves so much. They will feel i not trust them. Thats why i let go. I know n believe in my yaya. With only one yaya i manage to take care of my self, having me time with hubs and my self. Can u imagine if i have 3-4 yayas, i definitely dont do anything n be more extra beautiful to take care of myself. You are lucky to have more yayas. & always Must remember U have a lot things to do, alot of role to play. Not only just a simple mommy. I know u can be more than that. U r capable more than tt.. i know from the first see ur channel.

Years ago many nutritionist/shrinks etc said it’s best to not train kids to ‘clean their plate’ (I’ve heard many times this can lead to them being overweight adults who have trouble putting the fork down/trained as kids they must eat everything/ensure the plate is clean).

love this vlog, thanks for sharing! i have the same struggles and always want to do everything i can for the kids so i can absolute relate. learning to let go is hard, i'm learning like you are too!. but i guess we have to tell ourselves that if we don't care for ourselves enough, we will not have the energy to care for our kids and loved ones as well. :)

i think being selfish or taking care of yourself most of the time, will eventually make scottie be more independent and will eventually get him to get used to or would understand that you can't be with him all the time especially that shoti is there. i think it will also make him more comfortable bonding with other people in longer duration apart from his family. but then, from time to time, as a mom, hindi talaga naiiwasan na magiging hands-on and that is very okay! go Ate Kryz! you can do this! ❤️
