Bananas 6, total is about 600 grams, 0:24,
Eggs 6, about 60 grams each, 0:47,
White granular sugar 120 grams, 1:10,
Baking powder 4 grams, 1:25,
Baking soda 2 grams, 1:29,
Low-protein flour 320 grams, 1:54,
Oil 100 grams(using light taste ones such as corn oil), 2:07,
The size of the paper cup: 5cm in height and 9cm in diameter.
• Baking temperature(80L oven): preheat the oven at 160 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Keep it on the lower rack of oven and bake it for about 40 mins. If the oven only has 3 racks, keep it on the lowest rack. The cakes usually get higher heat in a smaller oven, we suggest reducing the temperature by 3 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in oven capacity.
