- Welcome to my channel, I post a lot of Heroes of the Storm gameplay, but I play many games. Please feel free to request any heroes or builds to me and I will do my best to play it.
Why don't I play ranked? I would love to play ranked more and record it, but it simple takes too long to find a game.

Good guide. But don't forget that the Q build exists, has good waveclear, and makes you less vulnerable to blinds, if you end up countered.
I'm unfamiliar. What do you give up in exchange for going q?
@@torymiddlebrooks for Q build you have to pick the Q talents on tiers 7 and 13, which would be the E power spikes. So you lose some damage and CC from this build. But instead with Q build you can focus on more survivability on other tiers and the Q is harder to dodge than the E.
That's an excellent point. I am honestly not the best Artanis player and I kinda auto pilot this build every game. I have gotten wrecked by Q build more times than I'd like to admit haha

@@ThingWub well I believe you’ve covered a lot of them already 🙃 maybe it’s best to refresh some good old heroes you’ve already did a video for. Some video about the game logic would be really nice, like picking heroes in ranked games or timing camps when objectives come up
The theme doesn’t really matter to me because you make any theme sound damn interesting!

Artanis is my most played hero. The one thing that I've never managed is a reverse swap. I've even tried practising in the testing grounds and sucked at it even with no cooldowns and an essentially stationary target. Still do very well with him though as I just go for other types of swap in game. Your mechanical skills are impressive.
The Suppression Pulse is typically the better Ult, but Purifier Beam can be good on maps like Towers of Doom where you want to be able to delay the enemy from channeling on objective.
Reverse swapping is definitely the hardest part to Artanis' kit. It's really situational too, but when you get it to work... man does it feel rewarding

Landing his swap on a healer has to be one of the best feelings in this game

The difference between a good Artanis and a bad one is hitting your swaps ... Misses almost all big swaps :-D
ahh... I was just showing you even a bad Artanis can still carry game. Not that I'm bad... I was purposely playing bad for the video. Yeah that's why...
on the reverse swap, you can also throw E first then Q, it makes landing E easier even though you get less distance traveled with the swap
adittionally, a full Q with a fairly stacked passive means you one hit the backlane minions, so in mid to late your wave clear isn't half bad, you are not xul or something like that, but it's not like you are diablo
just a little nitpicking: these videos could be made based on ranked matches so we can watch a proper comp in a somewhat competitive scenario. Thanks for the contnt anyway!
I would love to play and record ranked but the que times just take twice as (or more) long to find a game. That combo-ed with the fact that I am not guaranteed to play who I want to play makes recording a nightmare

Idk if this is viable or not, but I like getting both artanis’s slowing ability’s so I can max out on purifying beam damage

Idk your rank/experience or the server you play on but I'm hearing a lot of "newb" opinions here. Like "you'll take quest at 1 in most scenarios", in QM maybe?

The game got put into maintenance mode a few years back. That means that it gets no more new content, but small balance chances still happen every once in awhile.
HOTS content? In 2024? What space time whackamole nonsense is this?..... Please let there be more
