We are so excited to finally be here exploring this thriving city! Our first stop is of course banh mi from Banh Mi Huynh Hoa (the best in the world). Next we burn some calories working through the serene Tao Dan Park on our way to Independence Palace (also called Reunification Palace). We learn more about the history of the city and the war there and at the War Remnants Museum before moving on to Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon. Just like Notre Dam in Paris, this one is deep in construction. After a visit to Book Street to purchase a homemade postcard, we send mail home to America from the historic Saigon Central Post Office. We see Hoa Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House on our way to Pasteur Street Brewing Company, the first craft brewery in Vietnam! The beer is incredible, and the brewery hidden down an alley has such cool NYC kind of vibes! We walk down Quang Truong Nguyen Hue to Vina Chuoi for some deliciously friend bananas (as seen on Vietnam's Shark Tank). We finish the night with a gorgeous view of the massive city at Saigon Sky Deck in the Bitexco Financial Tower.

For Ivan, a former NASA engineer, it is creating an engineering product that will change the world! As much as everyone who knows or watches you knows you’re foodies, I loved seeing the pure, unmistakable excitement on your faces, around the food and beer. Madison, I swore you were going to start shaking a couple of times! Ho Chi Minh City genuinely feels like it would become an easy candidate for one of my favorite cities.

Vietnam exports Nike shoes, Adidas, ...etc... The merchandises have to be in perfect condition for exporting. However, there is no such perfection in life, therefore, any merchandise has a little error would go to the local markets.

These are great recommendation! We love Hoi An, Golden Bridge and Da Nang!!! We started our trip in Central Vietnam, it is SO BEAUTIFUL there!!! Definitely hope to make it to Ha Long too before we leave, there is SO MUCH to see and do in this stunning country!!!

I forgot to mention if you want to try egg coffee go to the cafe “ Little Hanoi “you will find the best egg coffee in HCM city. Hanoi is the original place to create egg coffee. Ask the locals for the directions or google to find the location

@@benvietnameseguy as southeners, we do not like the invasion of communist that take over the country. We never forgive them for the atrociy that they did to our country (South Viet Nam) . Viet Nam is better separated as before 1975, as we got our own government . We did not , do not and will not want the northeners come in and tell us what to do, how to run the country under the communist rule.
