Come on man, you want to be a partner, you want equity, you have to grind and put the work and be responsible and sacrifice time, health and everything to succeed. There is a short window of time in every persons life when he or she can do that. Once that window closes, you are either an employee for the rest of your life or you have established a business that will outlast you and that you will be able to pass on to your children. Most people are satisfied with punching in and out in a 9 to 5 and being lazy. Its takes balls to be an owner and bet on yourself. Most people are not made that way. They are ok being nothing just to have something.
Let’s be real … it’s easy to take 150k when you come from nothing . Yeah it’s a pay cut but it’s not the slums and that’s the point . It’s easy to take a risk when either risk is a better reward than anything you could’ve dream of. He worked hard and allowed himself the opportunity to take a risk and still not lose it all.
Agencies tell athletes to go on Skip shows. And we know athletes have to do what they are told in order to keep their contracts and all deals they have.
