Ups have to be the worst company in the world. They lost my drone on its way to be repaired in December. They eventually agreed to pay for a replacement one after about 3 months of fighting and proving myself... which they also lost yesterday on its way to me. They can’t do anything right
The UPS Store is not UPS and they will not know anything about the inner workings of the UPS operation. If you called or went to the actual UPS Center/Hub they would be the ones to be able to show you the box. After UPS does their initial inspection these boxes(cellphones) are usually held to the side in a large pile waiting for security to do further research into the potential theft.
