Mine are the Tech 7 Enduro Drystar and they are squeaky Big toe box. Best boot I ever had. So much so I have 2 pair of them now. Could not turn down the price of the second pair.

The new boots were wonderful during today's ride. I just have to adjust to having size 11 boots instead of size 10. The extra length toe kept hitting my shifter and knocking it down to neutral. But I'm slowly relearning the new spot I need to hold my foot on the peg to stop that from happening.!

I have the same boots. I raised my shifter by two spines. It’s still slightly snug to get my toe under it, but it’s workable, and I’m getting used to them.
Squeaky to walk in, yes very much. They’re surprisingly comfortable, though, and I’m fairly sure they’ve already saved me some pain. I like them for dirt.

They will loosen but probably won't last more than 2 years. I've yet to find a boot that does, while staying waterproof anyway.

Wow, found a new way to break in new riding boots. Spend two hours climbing up and down mountain slopes gathering logs and large rocks to do trail maintenance!! I thinks I put on about 10 rides worth of wear and tear on them. They sure are a lot more flexible now!!

@@mandownriding8024 OK, My boots are definitely broke in. Monday I just spent 2 hours traipsing up and down mountain hillsides cutting logs and gathering large rocks to repair the trail on Cavanaugh. It's the obstacle at time stamp 1:34:39 of our dual sport ride video. Normal people can now navigate it as well as I left the hard stuff for the experts.

@@adventureswithbounder97 That was one of the first trails I was going to hit as soon as I get back up there. Looks like the 31st Dec. will be my wrist test ride.

Tip.. Figure out your shoe size in EU and use that when ordering boots. US sizes are all over the place and are not consistent. The EU sizing is much more consistent. Once I started using EU sizing I have not had an issue with a boot being to big or too small when dealing with US sizes.

Thanks, I will start doing that. It's like US sizing thinks one size fits all while EU says, oh look how many different size feet there are!!

@@adventureswithbounder97 I wear a size 45 Euro, and I have 4 sets of boots that are all 45 Euro and they all fit me. But the US size markings are from a US 10.5 to 12... And like you said, I was sending boots back till I found the Euro size was pretty consistent across the various brands I own(Alpinestar, BMW, Forma, Noru).. Happy Holidays!
