Actually I wanted to ask this same question, because there're some few words I knew which is different in this lesson, such as "do you understand " As "ihotala/ ihotago" i don't know if I have written it correctly but I hope you get what I mean Not an igbo though. Thanks for the lesson .
But if you really mean 'akwa gị?' That would either mean Your cloth? Or Your egg? Though akwa can also mean bed and cry. But I'm looking at usage. Gị means 'your'
Igbo Made Easy Which dialect are you teaching? Is this central or common Igbo?
Ndewo. Yes, it's the central/common Igbo...the Igbo every Igbo speaker understands

What is the meaning of " akwa gi?"
I believe you mean to say 'ọkwa gị?'
It can be a warning or a tease depending on the context
But if you really mean 'akwa gị?'
That would either mean
Your cloth? Or
Your egg?
Though akwa can also mean bed and cry. But I'm looking at usage. Gị means 'your'
@@IgboMadeEasy Yes when there's an argument it is being used. So what is the exact meaning?
It's a warning, literally "you right?" like "you see you right?" (if you're familiar with Nigerian pidgin English)
